Easy win for Lucic. Crombeen wanted the refs to stop it well before it ended. And we can all see why. Lucic dominated. But I'm getting a little sick of Lucic refusing to drop the gloves with the likes of Brashear and Laraque. They've tried to get him to, but Lucic refuses every time. Sort of makes me think Lucic would get wasted by either two. And if I'm wrong, then Lucic has to prove me wrong. Hope he does. I'd love to see those bouts.

Lucic with the win. Good thing it ended before he got the left free there or it could've been ugly.

The announcer is a turd. Crombeen got smoked and that "should fire up his team". Domination by Lucic.

Lucic wins! He only seems to be able to beat the middleweights. He should grow a set of balls and fight some heavyweights! Than again, Erskine last year, Boulton this year. I think those two have made him affraid of fighting someone who is tougher than a middleweight!

Lucic gets a convinving "W". crombeen like to drop the gloves but i'm not so sure why cause he doesn't win many.

Lucic with the win, but at least Crombeen knows the code. Lucic is padding his stats. Hopefully his mates will get tired of it and make him stand up to someone who can fight.

Lucic is gets NO respect until he takes one for trying. Yes, he is an OK player on a very good team, but he picks his spots and is not worthy of "tough" status until he takes on a true battler, win, lose or draw...he'll then get respect. Until then, not worthy. Ask O'Reilly, now there's "tough".

Lucic with the OBVIOUS win.

I am REALLY getting sick of people commenting after every time that Lucic wins a fight...they ****ing bring up Laraque.

Not in ONE SINGLE GAME versus Montreal has there been a legit reason, any momentum to be gained, or anything to be won aside from mere "bragging rights", for Looch and Laraque to fight.

Lucic is to smart to get into a fight, when there is no energy to be sparked in the game, no momentum to be won, only a "word of mouth" recognition to hear "oh hey, he beat Laraque!"

BIG DEAL!!!

If Laraque takes a cheap hit on Savard, Kessel, Krecji, or if we are down maybe 2 or 3 goals....Then I think we all stand to see A MUCH BETTER CHANCE of Lucic taking on Laraque.

Quit the **** talking and give THE ****ING 20 YEAR OLD KID some credit!!!!

Lucic was the busier of the combatants...but it wasn't that great of a fight. He threw more punches, and Crombeen was certainly happy to spend most of his time avoiding puches than throwing any. Lucic with the decision...but he has a long way to go before he can be considered one of the best in the league.

He consistently turns down the tough guys and is content to fight the ones he knows he can overpower. To me...that's pretty lame. He has a LONG way to go before I am convinced he is one of the best in the league. As for the whole "he is a skill player who doesn't want to spend his time in the box" argument...he scored double-digit goals only ONCE in juniors (his final year on a very good Vancouver team with a lot of playmaking forwards). He'll be a good, tough, power forward throughout his career....but let's not go comparing him to Neely just yet.
