while, Avery, in lieu of actually throwing something,
opts for the, (useless without a follow-up plan)...
helmet removal offence.

For what it's worth, edge Kopcars,
but the outcome... much like Star Trek chess...
was disappointing on many levels.

I was rooting for Planet Zenon but he flubbed in his effort. I'd rather have seen Neil take on Avery--better yet, Carkner.

Win for the warrior princess, but kudos to Avery for taking him on

I got my hopes up and thought ( by the Intro) we'd get a 7.
Instead, we got a 3.

Ok I havent seen the fight yet...I am going out on a limb here LOL and guessing ....Avery drops his gloves like he's going Mano a mano and throw em with a fighter and then lo and behold something happens where it isn't much of a fight....He slips and falls or just ties the guy up....Avery is a PUNK

What could have been a fight where everyone wins regardless of the outcome becomes a boring affair because of pre-fight posturing, well-made equipment, and a jersey jab latch-on. Konopka with the edge and a 2.

im n ot sure i want my enforcer to be zenon,you dont want a guy people3 love to tangle with,but he won here mind you against a smaller guy.but zenon is getting an NHL paycheck.

this fight went exactly how i thought it would go... with that said, konopka finally wins a fight this year
