Zenon Konopka vs Mike Brown

Aside from not accepting Konopka's initial, lid-toss offer,
Brown showed good energy, and aggression, throughout.
Unfortunately , Poptarts chose to respond
with his usual, clutch, and grab routine,
on his way to, yet another, convincing loss.

This fight earned a lecture from Don Cherry on "Coach's Corner" about the need for the linesmen to clear the ice surface of gloves, sticks, helmets and the puck while a fight is going on. Konopka slipped on the puck at the end--what the hell was it doing there?--and that ended the fight.

Brownie was just a distraction for Konopka--he was going at it with Komisarek all game but they never fought.

Not sure how the Warrior Princess' fighting style -- i.e. grabbing and locking up -- acts as a deterrent to the other team. Win Brown

Brown wanted to throw, but konopka is probably one of the best with the Clutch ( I mean that in that in a good way ).
Uneventful... going with a 4 and Draw.

Love it. Couple of really tough guys putting on a show....Most enjoyable.

Enjoyed Konopka and Orr yapping at each other on the benches more the this fight.

Hard to throw and punches when your are holding on the whole time. Konopka looked weak.
