Neither connected with a single punch but Boulton gets 68% of the vote. You have to think 95% of the clowns reviewing these fights have the elastic in their tighty-whiteys cutting off the circulation of blood to their brains.

laperriere slipped before they landed any punch.draw

Posted by 5fourfighten on March 23, 2010 at 02:52 PM

I thought being a Flyer meant you could actually fight! Nothing hear. DRAW

Posted by crosscheck52 on March 21, 2010 at 12:17 PM

Boulton didn't do much to "win" this fight. Did I hear the announcer say this was a "MIddleweight scrap?

awkward fight all boulton do is control no damage really done looked like it landed on his lid a little. Draw here.

Bolts becasue he is not a flyer! God philly blows

Posted by Sasky001 on March 21, 2010 at 06:22 PM

Crappy throws a knee, jumps Boulton, then then takes a dive to avoid a beat down. Philly needs to sign this guy long term.

Posted by ahartnack on March 22, 2010 at 09:15 PM

' Boulton showing some pity for Lap. Lap should stop fighting. Then again, if he does stop fighting, he will not be in the line-up. Boulton's W.

Posted by tomdetroit on March 24, 2010 at 12:02 PM

Boulton "wins". Two idiots. Fight sucked.

Posted by ouchboi on March 21, 2010 at 02:44 PM

Laperriere is a bum!!!!! Philly has to get rid of him cause they have tougher middleweights than him like Carcillo and Asham....time to hang up the skates for the old man...Philly should try sign Mirasty from Syracuse for their enforcer...tough as nails and not all their in the head, perfect combination for Clark

Boulton won the fight.

Posted by IceHockey91 on March 21, 2010 at 10:52 PM

Edge to boulton in this crap bout.

Posted by Riomouse911 on March 21, 2010 at 07:12 PM

200 career NHL fights? Not bad for a mid-sized guy, and about 100 more fights than most posters' heroes on this site. IL lost this one tho, outclassed by EB.

Posted by bruiseyoureye on March 21, 2010 at 05:12 AM

boulton wins easily.

Posted by stephm7052 on March 21, 2010 at 10:54 AM

I scored this one a draw. Didn't look like either guy landed a punch. Boulton becomes Atlanta's all time PIM leader after this fight.

Anyone know why Lappy fights every game??? He belongs in the AHL or the Flyers--oh I forgot he is on the Flyers

Posted by metz87 on March 21, 2010 at 05:43 PM

Another pretty crappy fight, win Boulton though.

Posted by PondHockey18 on March 21, 2010 at 12:50 AM

Pretty crappy fight. Lappy sought it out and paid the price. Props to Boulton for not teeing off when Lappy went down.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on March 21, 2010 at 11:05 AM

edge Boulton in a quick one

Posted by staceyb on March 21, 2010 at 07:45 AM

I missed the game and on paper it was a mismatch. Boulton is bigger and stronger and once he got the jersey over Laperriere's noggin it was over.

Posted by SABREHATRED on March 21, 2010 at 09:08 AM

Former buffalo bonehead boulton manages to put on a good performance, and he seems to be the one working the hardest to get the stink of Crud City off him!!! He does however beat a very lackluster opponent to say the least.

Posted by fernben8 on March 21, 2010 at 10:32 PM

Something new...Boulton shows some creativeness on how to lock an oponent with jersey and helmet with one hand. Not much happening here..edge to Boulton.

Posted by jakethesnake on March 21, 2010 at 10:17 AM

Boulton wins only because of what looked like an uppercut landed, not much here though....

Posted by bruins rule on March 21, 2010 at 07:01 AM

boulton gets the win in this fight.

Posted by Pops Ryan on March 21, 2010 at 11:40 AM

For those of you who played back in the day when fighting was a part of all levels of adult hockey - then you already know...Lappy took a dive. It was a good looking one, yet a dive nonetheless. He found out that Bolton is a lot stronger and that he has a good upper-cut. At that point Lappy allowed himself to be thrown down and bailed out. This guy lacks class but he is learning how to fall down a lot better.

Posted by fatalogptwgjdep on March 21, 2010 at 02:49 AM

Win Boulton... 200th career fight for Laperriere. How many of those were wins. I know he doesn't win much, but he is on the PK. How many other fighters in the league play special teams at all?

Posted by Behn Wilson on March 21, 2010 at 04:30 AM

Boulton ''handles'' Laperriere in surprisingly easy fashion, by getting his jersey up, and closing with the, tried and true.. Kyle Neuber ''over-under'' manouver. Classy move in not throwing that last shot.

Posted by Snot-Bubbler on March 20, 2010 at 10:48 PM

Typical Lappy fight, once he understands he is not stronger, he falls to the ice askin.....begging for mercy.

Posted by Spanky_Jazz on March 21, 2010 at 04:28 AM

I really don't see how Boulton won this fight? It didn't look to me like he landed any punches.

Posted by Oil Can Henry on March 20, 2010 at 11:16 PM

Nothin' goin'-on in this one - Laperriere's lucky to come-away with the draw.

Posted by illukka on March 21, 2010 at 02:46 AM

lappy goin with a heavy. whats he thinkin? puzzydelphia needs a heavy, and they need it fast. lappy embarrassed his team here

Posted by PigIron on March 21, 2010 at 05:27 PM

I'm a Boulton Homer and I gave him this, but only by fractions of a mm. It never really started - it's one I'd like to see; though.

Posted by ctop on March 21, 2010 at 04:37 PM

looked like the uppercut caught him

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on March 05, 2015 at 05:30 PM

Nothing happened, Lappy just went down too damn early

Posted by chad420 on March 22, 2010 at 01:22 PM

win boulton...who is a heavyweight
