This was a close one.I expected Smith to win it as davidson is not a fighter.a lack of action and nothing really landed so I gave it a draw!
Not much effective punching. Draw.
Davidson is an unlikely candidate for the Habs only foreseeable fighting major this year And he doesn't fail to... unimpress Lacklustre draw
they got tangled up in the corner and it ended up in smith asking davidson to drop his gloves.after 1 in pre-season davidson got into his 1st nhl fight in regular season it looked like smith knew better what he was doing even though he's not been so active like in his early seasons...it was an ugly fight.smith seemed to be in control but he didnt do much to deserve the win imo...draw and 3
Pretty funny actually. Zack got shoved around pretty good. Not very strong on his skates. So he gets pissed and tries to fight a non-fighter and can't even get that done. Hard to give Zack a loss so I'll call it an embarrassing draw.
The wrist issues for Smitty kind of drew him away from the tough guy side of things. It may be for the best as he can only manage a draw against a non-fighter in Davidson. Call it a 3. Montreal finally gets on the board for fights. Should have been more than just this fight though.
Both players pretty tired after a long shift. Smith seems to have landed a few more. Obviosuly gassed after the first few punches. Edge to Smith.
AND HERE COME THE PRETZELSSS!!
Two tired guys try and give us a show anyway. Not bad considering... I think Smith edges it.
Smith sorta manhandles Davidson, but not enough to get the W. A draw, and a weak one at that.
Davidson looked like a turtle trying to put it's head back in it's shell. Appeared he was more trying not to get hit than to fight. Lame.
Hmm. I didn't realize that there were so many more Sense fans on here then Canadians. Interesting. Chara gets the snot knocked out of him the other day, and the voting is almost the complete opposite. Lol
no winner 2 minutes delay of game
Smith was frustrated because he was knocked to the ice twice by Davidson while fighting for the puck and after the play. Smith tried to land punches but nothing clean landed except for one on the back of Davidson's helmet. Kudos to Davidson for not backing away and tying up Smith who's certainly the better fighter of the two.
