Lol ....even when they lose they win..lol Obvious win for Schenn ...Boston's visor wearing tough guy comes in to avenge a very good and clean hit delivered to the little pu$$y Krug who probably cried himself to sleep last night Miller succeeds in absolutely nothing as he gets hit with rapid fire stiff jabs that kept him off his game and he lands nothing.... Read the ridiculous remarks here from the Bruin faithfull .....Schenn bailed, Schenn was lucky no bombs landed , Schenn's punches don't hurt.....lol One Boston fan started this stupid drivel and they all more or less come on here and copy paste ad nauseam those dim witted views.....here is what happened in the real world Schenn not a very good fighter beat Miller who throws bombs and is a decent fighter....it happens sometimes......Schenn had to fight the dummy because he flattened that little instigating sissy Krug who never backs anything up himself.....but is really good with the cheap stick work They fall to the ice NO ONE BAILS.....they fall to the ice while throwing punches. Bruins lose the fight .....bruins lose the game.........and that's how it happened in the real world

Posted by Knuckles77 on January 13, 2016 at 10:35 PM

I don't get it. The votes are way in favor against Schenn. He lays a good, clean hit, gets challenged to a fight, lands a few lefts and a right. Gets hit what, once? Twice? Loses balance, and the other dude doesn't. Does that mean he lost the fight now?

Posted by kkdowning on January 14, 2016 at 02:26 PM

I think separating the Schenn brothers has upped their fighting game. Another win for a Fighting Schenn -- and Kevan Miller can fight

Posted by woolly mammoth on January 14, 2016 at 12:28 AM

Miller really showed him...how to not stick up for teammate.

Posted by bigmike53 on January 13, 2016 at 10:36 PM

This could have ended horribly for Schenn as Miller just missed with a couple bombs. Good on Schenn to go with the tough Miller. Draw.

Posted by OliverCromwell on January 14, 2016 at 12:54 AM

How did Miller win this fight? If anything it's a draw

Posted by orangecuse on January 14, 2016 at 09:26 PM

Good old fashion hockey hit by Schenn Don Cherry would be proud and slight edge to Schenn Bruins fans that say Schenn bailed are the same ones that said Thorton slipped when Scott knocked him on his butt and gave him a concussion some times the tougher guy loses live with it

Posted by toy boy dan on January 13, 2016 at 09:26 PM

Schenn the winner over the bigger man

Posted by LicoriceBiscuit on January 14, 2016 at 06:06 PM

Some of these posts are bizarre. If Schenn wouldn't have slipped... If the fight went on longer.... If my aunt had balls she'd be my uncle. Without a doubt Miller is the better fight of the two, but as things unfolded in this one Schenn was the winner. Perhaps Miller files this one away and the next time they play he looks to make things right with Mr. Schenn, and I have no doubt he'd win. I also don't believe Schenn bailed, looked simply like he slipped.

Posted by thevelvetfog1 on January 13, 2016 at 08:57 PM

I got all excited because I thought Schenn was going to get knocked the F out. I also expected it to be another Schenn cheap shot. Neither was the case. In fact, it was another annoying example of a player being challenged to fight just because he is playing hockey the way it is meant to be played, even in the new NHL. Schenn would be completely within his rights and within the stupid "code" to turn down this challenge. Don't like the check? Then return with one of your own hard, CLEAN checks. Either that or stop playing hockey if you can't handle clean but hard checks. Really, really annoying. I can't stand Schenn but I'm glad the check wasn't avenged because there was nothing to avenge.

Posted by kitcarnut on January 14, 2016 at 12:36 AM

I see Scheen doing all the knuckles here kiddies. Miller was outclassed and took a B slapping. WTG BS :) miller is a punk

Posted by fanta28 on January 14, 2016 at 09:30 PM

Win for Schenn Let's get something straight here, I like Miller but all this BS talk from the B fans about how tough he is. I'd like to know who has he really fought. And enough of this bs about him beating up little Joey V. But I'm starting to get it no Bruin ever looses a fight. My bad

Posted by SEMO_Yogi on January 13, 2016 at 11:04 PM

Lousy fight. Scheme by a jab.

Posted by tpr1960 on January 14, 2016 at 04:56 PM

Awesome Hit !!! How bout that boston fans !!!! And Schenn lands the only punch, and Philly wins !!!

Posted by EK65 on January 15, 2016 at 11:51 AM

Big hit by Schenn leads to a challenge by Miller Schenn manages to surprise most of us and get a slight win.

Posted by Elefante12 on April 23, 2016 at 04:51 PM

Schenn won, Miller didn't land a solid punch all fight like these Bruins fans are fucking dumb idiots

Posted by kinga101 on January 15, 2016 at 02:30 PM

Slight edge to Schenn

Posted by NoSlackDelta on January 14, 2016 at 12:09 PM

slight edge to schenn here. got more punches in, at slipped instead of getting knocked down with a punch.

Posted by filthynumber1 on January 14, 2016 at 04:26 AM

Lucic 17 said it how It is If Schenn (and Iam from Saskatoon and a Schenn fan of course ) would have stood any longer he would have been hurt badly. Kevan Miller is the real deal. Brayden was lucky Joe Vitale fought Miller earlier this year Hasn't played a game since And may never again

Posted by GoonVisor on January 14, 2016 at 07:06 PM

Not much of a fight here. Draw 3 Miller will destroy Schenn 9 out of 10 times. That is fact, not bias. Come on

Posted by candogg on January 14, 2016 at 09:28 AM

I love how the Bruins haters say anything bad about this. Yes, too many times there are fights after a solid hit. Unlike most punks in this league, Miller went over and asked if he wanted to go. To the idiot talking about the visor, doesn't most of the league wear a visor? Take a lap.

Posted by English_Bruin on January 14, 2016 at 12:39 PM

Didnt really get going so id say draw. A few jersey jabs dont count. Sorry but thats how it is. Shame that cos Miller is harder than Jack Edwards erection and he would have beat up Schenn.

Posted by DARCY T on January 30, 2016 at 09:41 AM

what a pity that schenn lost his balance so quickly.he started very well...draw but if i had to pick a winner i'd choose miller who knocked schenn off of his feet

Posted by Orr Fourever on January 14, 2016 at 06:27 AM

Clean hard hit by Schenn, Pierre called it. With nothing of substance landing by either combatants, I score it a draw for Miller (ha ha). Good thing the Bruins are active in the fighting department. It gives Not so Boldbilly a chance to spread his bullsh1t.. Lord knows his panty wearing Habs gave up on fighting...

Posted by doobi1 on January 14, 2016 at 09:20 PM

When the cameraman finally zeroed in on the fight, it appeared that Schenn scored a slight advantage. However, on the replay, Miller landed one and then our view was blocked by a Philly blockhead. Did you see the size of the head on that guy? Gheeez. DRAW

Posted by hubofhockey on January 14, 2016 at 07:51 PM

Draw....nothing landed and probably good that Schenn fell down I think he was about to eat a few

Posted by Jdm12185 on January 13, 2016 at 08:51 PM

Good fight. Schenn got the rabbit punches going threw off Miller. Looks like Miller and schenn got good punches in. Draw Surprised Miller didn't get the instigator...guess Simmonds is the only that gets those standing up for a teammate.

Posted by Daysofcoleco on January 14, 2016 at 08:35 AM

Have the Schenns ever both not lost fights in the same week?

Posted by flyerguy on January 14, 2016 at 06:04 AM

Schenn with the narrow win in a nothing fight. Boy I wish these candy a** jersey jabs would be banned. Shame you cant even put a clean/hard hit on someone in today's sissified NHL without having to drop the gloves

Posted by Buzman on January 14, 2016 at 09:55 AM

Firstly, I'm no fan of the jersey jabs. Hate them actually. However coulda, woulda, shoulda doesn't count. Miller my kind of Bruin but on points lost this bout.

Posted by tinman27 on January 17, 2016 at 10:59 AM

Slight edge to Miller for staying up right.

Posted by Jaxon on January 14, 2016 at 06:27 PM

Miller and a 4.. Numbnuts BoldBilly still must follow the Bruin's games around, seeing who he can trash (he sooo misses #17). But, it's clear he's a joke on this site. Habs fans just have no class whatsoever....

Posted by Humper on January 14, 2016 at 12:48 PM

I am really, really getting sick of dip$*its trying to avenge good hard clean hits with a fight. Especially when rarely are they able to deliver Case in point here, with the result being close enough to call it a draw.

Posted by Ahockeyfan on January 13, 2016 at 08:43 PM

Miller responds to a big hit by Schenn; nothing wrong with the hit, but Miller is just sticking up for his d-partner. Schenn lands more, but is still rather ineffective as Miller lands one solid shot (maybe 2) at the end and scores a takedown. 5-draw

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on January 16, 2016 at 01:41 PM

Schenn got the jump, thought Miller would destroy him, fair play

Posted by rgnomsayin on January 14, 2016 at 09:34 PM

Hard to call a winner. I was expecting schenn to get tooled but he held his own, landed more and gets the W, Boston fans are delusional

Posted by djh700 on January 14, 2016 at 12:44 AM

Schenn with the W. Not sure Miller even landed anything.

Posted by Mounty in NC on January 13, 2016 at 10:10 PM

When I first saw the play I thought it was a clean hit but after the replay I could see where Miller would take exception to the hit. Close fight but Miller gets the win and a 4

Posted by Jez-x on January 13, 2016 at 09:40 PM

A goal and a fight, good days work for Miller.

Posted by BruinsAllDaySon on January 13, 2016 at 11:18 PM

I have a couple things to say. #1 there was a decent punch Miller landed not shown on this camera angle. Other than that, Schenn didn't die and it looked like they both landed a simultaneous punch before he bailed. That said, jersey jabs and a limp-wristed right-hander didn't get him the win. Edge to Miller. #2 Milbury was on NBC Sports Network post-game coverage and has officially thrown in the towel on fighting in the NHL. 100% on board with banning it entirely. Enjoy it while it lasts. It's coming to an end. There's no way fighting in the NHL makes it to see 2020.

Posted by scituate16 on January 14, 2016 at 09:11 AM

Close short fight, but in the end Miller dropped Schenn

Posted by rocky 1 on January 13, 2016 at 10:21 PM

Straight up draw folks. The Schenn hit should have been a penalty for charging as he did not try to play the puck!

Posted by Brewri on January 19, 2016 at 05:54 PM

Gotta give it to Schenn for landing a bunch of early jabs. Miller does get the takedown and lands a good one but it's not enough for him to win it.

Posted by ethanmay4 on January 15, 2016 at 03:16 PM

Quick and nasty.

Posted by Canner on January 14, 2016 at 10:45 PM

Great hit by Schenn - I would've made that too I agree with some posters here that Krug, like many Bs right now, is a little pantywaist You gotta stay on your feet to fight, though, and after taking 2 shots, Schenn crumpled. Miller was in control; just biding his time Like his namesake Jay, he is a back half fighter. I give him the dub

Posted by nait on January 13, 2016 at 09:46 PM

Millers first fight since his concussion so didn't expect much. This was more to send a message too. early in the period Bergeron took a crosscheck to the face and the refs didn't call it. Message being we will deal with what the refs can't. Borderline charging on this hit

Posted by Destroyer on January 15, 2016 at 08:05 PM

Schenn is as lame a fighter as there is. He throws a few weak jabs and Miller slightly lands what could have been knock out bombs that fortunately for Schenn don't completely connect , but they land solidly enough that Schenn hits the ice like a sack of potatoes. After reading so many of the obvious non hockey fans rave about the clean hard hit, last I knew leaving the ice with both feet is illegal. But hey what do I know, l just officiate for a living. Anyone that truly believes Schenn won or even pulled a draw in this one probably believes that John Scott deserves to be in the All Star game too. Novices should learn the game before penning your ignorance. Having the means to express yourself doesn't mean you should. Spare those of us who love the game.

Posted by dumpin17 on January 14, 2016 at 06:03 PM

Schenn won? Yeah, just like a Philly Cheese Steak is a good sub. And Philly fans are human beings. Miller popped him on the beak and down went Brayden.

Posted by onthebutton on January 14, 2016 at 11:48 AM

Loved the hit by Schenn. I gave the win to Miller after watching the video several times. Miller landed a nice shot at the start, after which Schenn hung in there admirably against the decidedly better fighter in Miller.

Posted by Jellyczar on January 14, 2016 at 03:51 PM

Schenn more jabs and Miller more power.... edge to Miller... Good hard hit by Schenn on the undersized Krug

Posted by osully70 on January 16, 2016 at 11:10 PM

Jersey jabs win a fight I guess??? BTW both were wearing visors. League rules say you have to wear a visor depending on when you came into the league. And you can't remove your own helmet. Just saying

Posted by moneybags on January 14, 2016 at 05:31 AM

Pussy jersey jabs dont win you the fight.....Miller got him with real bombs

Posted by Lucic_Power on January 16, 2016 at 07:08 PM

Miller won this what are you people seeing?

Posted by Ecce72 on January 14, 2016 at 06:18 PM

Miller with the win...No other way to see this fight. Never landed any bombs, but Schenn did not do shit but cred for answering the bell

Posted by arabhata on January 14, 2016 at 10:59 AM

Was a huge clean hit. Doesn't mean Miller can't challenge him just because it was clean. He hit a midget and got challenged and accepted. Hockey the way it should be. Someone hits my buddy that hard I'm goin at them too. Draw

Posted by kennyg1966 on January 13, 2016 at 09:47 PM

Not bad slight edge to Miller very slight

Posted by JPT2016 on September 15, 2016 at 12:15 PM

Schenn appeared to be in control from the very beginning of the fight landing over a half dozen jersey jabs to the head and face of Miller who appeared seemingly unfazed by it all as he set up to throw haymakers at Schenn. Each exchanged glancing haymakers the final of which landed to the face shield of Schenn which lead to him falling off balance and onto his back.

Posted by Rangeley_blkbear on January 14, 2016 at 12:00 PM

Schenn? really? that's some crazy Philly homers.. or unbridled Bruin hatred.. or both. Bruin fan here but clearly a draw, that was about to get messy for one side... BTW I think it's punk move for Miller to go after him for a clean hit. I hate that and he should have gotten 2min extra.

Posted by 18buell on March 25, 2016 at 07:33 PM

Looked like miller was getting started and scheen slipped. miller narrow victory.

Posted by Jointman on January 14, 2016 at 05:35 PM

how can someone vote for schen..clean win miller

Posted by WhaleBoy on January 13, 2016 at 09:27 PM

Guess Schenn won that fight. Those jabs got Miller off balance though if Miller got in a clean punch, fight would've gone easily to Miller. If there is a cheap legal check that was it. Krug has his head slightly down and Schenn comes over and sees and opportunity to knock him on his ass, knowing full well Krug can't brace himself. Have no problem with Miller challenging him.

Posted by Great Murray on January 14, 2016 at 07:09 AM

Awesome hit by Schenn. He follows it up with a good showing in the fight. He landed the only real punch and gets the win. Since the trade, both Schenn boys have won their first fight ever (almost)...what's up with that? Miller landed nothing at all yet the idiots from Boston keep him in this one...stupid is as stupid does. And you clowns wonder why you get chirped so much here. Most of us like your team. We just can't stand the crap from the fans here and Jack Edwards on the tube.

Posted by Puckstopper30 on January 13, 2016 at 09:30 PM

Miller waited then got going and moving forward when Schenn bailed because Miller would kill him like Vitale. Schenns jabs did little, I give the edge to Miller.

Posted by wannago_letsgo on January 13, 2016 at 10:16 PM

Schenn in my opinion

Posted by King of Goons on January 14, 2016 at 03:28 PM

Uh, I guess I overrated Kevan Miller a bit. I actually thought he was a pretty tough guy. Losing to Brayden Schenn will take that distinction away from you every time.

Posted by hal29 on January 15, 2016 at 02:39 AM

I'm giving this to Miller based on the fact he landed the only punch that sent schenn to the ice. Jersey jabs are for guys who are afraid to throw real punches. Jabs do little to no damage. Can't give a guy a win chicken scrap jabs because it's his only offense. I was going to give a draw. Decided against due to the only punch that which was by miller. Gave it a 4. And no I'm not being a homer. Just see the fight for what it really was. And boldbilly is at it once again with is usual dull bruin hating speech. You are such a joke! By the way dumbilly, miller wears the visor not because he wants to but because he has too. League rules. Move along with your obsurd posts.

Posted by bruinstomledrew on January 13, 2016 at 09:33 PM

Not much of a fight. Schenn threw alot of jersey jabs to keep Miller off. Miller connected with 1 or 2 good ones...to bad Schenn lost his balance. I think Miller have have taken over this fight the longer it continued...

Posted by bbout2c on January 14, 2016 at 08:05 PM

I think schenn got lucky ,that miller really didn't get going !

Posted by royal52 on January 13, 2016 at 09:47 PM

LOL at the guys commenting that Schenn held his own. The only reason it looks like he held his own is because he intentionally fell down as soon as Miller threw a punch.

Posted by habssuck on January 15, 2016 at 08:11 AM

Not even close, Miller wins easily!

Posted by EdNo on January 13, 2016 at 09:36 PM

Useless, inconsequential " jabs" don't win fights Idiots... It was a draw...

Posted by lucic17 on January 13, 2016 at 09:18 PM

I am not saying this because I am a Bruins fan, but Schenn would have been destroyed if he stood in any longer. He knows Miller's reputation. He threw enough punches to keep Miller off his game plan. Once Miller got in a decent punch Schenn bailed. If he stayed on is feet he is done. Well played by Schenn. Annoying because it will fool many people into thinking he actually won or earned a draw. He bailed-plain and simple.
