Starts with a trip by Krug, then a spear by Rask and another by Krug. As long as no one dives right.....cause that would be know.....unsportsmanlike....

So many stupid people, I swear. Since when does a fight consist of one player dropping his gloves and then punching the opponent. FYI I am a huge Bruins fan. This should have been roughing minors. Krug an extra 2. And people referring to Lucic yesterday, this is almost the exact same. It's wrong and the code in hockey fights is know where to be seen nowadays. I guess punching someone who has his gloves on is legal? I'm not going to lie, Lucic deserved to get popped for his antics throughout the whole season whining to refs. Prout woke him up and Looch ended up being our best player in tonight's game. People who actually think Lucic got KO'd are retarded. Did he not hop right back up? December 27th there will be a real fight and Lucic will win another against Prout. Lucic is the toughest fighter to fight, if you don't agree, I want to hear your reasoning. Oh and to make things clear, Lucic is my favourite player and Prout is in my top 5 for fighting. Lucic deserved it, but the way it happened, was not within the "unwritten codes" all fighters talk about. Krug broke it as well, I give it a draw because it's not a fight. Can't wait to hear the responses on this comment. Have at it.

A pair of non-fighters showing us why they are non-fighters. Krug wins, but so what?

Posted by King of Goons on November 22, 2014 at 11:29 PM

This was less of a fight than the Prout / Lucic incident the other night ...when Lucic got dropped by one shot (and completely humiliated). Nice chin, Looch. Ha, ha. And on the ice, Habs continue to own the B's. Business as usual, I guess.

I think this is probably the least likely matchup anyone could have envisioned. Krug actually threw some punches, so I think he gets the win.

Posted by boldbilly on November 23, 2014 at 10:24 AM

Boy did the refs make a mess on this one, missed a trip, a hook, and two spears all committed by Krug and Rask .....and somehow Bergeron gets called for a slash it boggles the mind. Krug completely in a cowardly fashion jumps Galchenyuk and starts throwing punches...Galchenyuk never drops his gloves until the end as they are rolling on the ice.....The call should have been 5 for Krug and 2 for Galchenyuk or you could argue double roughing to Krug and a single roughing to Galchenyuk . Either way Galchenyuk should not have gotten 5. I make this assessment due to after my playing days I toyed with the idea of becoming a ref...reaching level 2 status.....this does in no way ,an expert make me ...however...if a level 2 guy gets it .....shouldn't these so called pros? Just like Dross jr. States this is similar to the LUCIC encounter here except for one difference......LUCIC has a history of running his mouth off and punching with gloved fists ....this time he is the one who gets cold cocked...and it was long over due. He was long overdue for that. I guess this is directed at Dross or any other bruin fan......someone please explain to me how does it make sense that LUCIC can fight Dale Weise or let's say Brandon Prust...both 4th liners where he enjoys a huge size advantage......yet when he is confronted by another fourth liner such as George Parros or George LARAQUE or John Scott people his own size or bigger he won't go ...too valuable etc.....5 minutes for fighting Prust is the same 5 minutes for fighting say John Scott.... Again all are 4th line players... The difference is of course the quality of opponents he chooses ....we all know the can't justify his spot picking.......this is why when LUCIC is involved all over the web people are playing and replaying that punch.its almost gone viral such is the hatred felt for this bully. If Douglas Murray of all people can stand up to John Scott what does that say about LUCIC.....seriously if he is too valuable to fight Scott he shouldn't be fighting Prust or anybody for that matter...... This Krug fight was not a fight at all I agree with Dross jr. And I called it a draw

Should have been at least 4 penalties called on the Bruins on that one shift. Rask may want to watch his manners as I doubt he wants Pricey to come down from the other end of the rink and whoop his @$$ a la Tim Thomas. Nah pricey has class, he wouldn't hit a girl. You mean Tukka isn't a girls name....but what about the hair cut...

Fight never got going before Alex trips on a stick so draw!IPeople wonder why there is fighting in hockey well with officiating like that going on you have to defend yourself.

Posted by toy boy dan on November 23, 2014 at 06:41 AM

DRAW, Nothing changed in Boston. Can't score fight. DA

Posted by slysi on November 23, 2014 at 07:15 PM

so Krug pulls the guy forward and shoves him face first into the boards cutting or breaking his nose...... typical BEAN-TOWN cheap shot ! after the guy got to hit feet he handled KRUG like a schoolgirl

Posted by Behn Wilson on November 23, 2014 at 06:58 AM

Win Krug but I doubt that he'll include this one on his resume As many know I'm about as far away from being a Habs fan as you can get but I'm really starting to feel bad for "Spearka Rask" and his continuing inability to beat his team's arch-rival

Posted by SURESHOT27 on November 24, 2014 at 10:08 AM

Here is a little tip for those Russians....when you hack back and forth and pretend to be strong or tough...when the gloves come's time to stop pretending...we fight for real over here!! Sit down Bee-ach!

Posted by EK65 on November 25, 2014 at 05:37 PM

Fight wasn't much... Win Krug I guess & a 2 but, Props to Galchenyuk for hanging tough.

Posted by DARCY T on November 25, 2014 at 01:13 PM

galchenyuk's 1st nhl fight...i think that's a cheap way to start a fight.he pulled galchenyuk off balance and dropped his right glove while galchenyuk was still bent over.but i guess if u are of krug's statue then u would do whatever to help yourself.and im surprised he wasnt suspended for smashing galchenuyk's head to the boards like krug i guess

Posted by English_Bruin on November 23, 2014 at 01:49 PM

Did think Krug had it in him, not much on offer tho but he got the best of it.

Posted by bigmike53 on November 23, 2014 at 12:13 AM

Very quick scrap and Krug appeared to land the only punch. Win for Torey Krug.

Posted by Jellyczar on November 22, 2014 at 10:36 PM

Weak call on bergeron... Krug wins the fight can't wait to hear from the Montreal crybabies

Posted by shawnrocks on November 22, 2014 at 11:45 PM

Krug at least bloodied his nose for the win

Posted by Great Murray on November 23, 2014 at 09:05 AM

I'll give Krug a win just for energy...he landed nothing. The ref's could have called 3 penalties on Krug and 1 on Rask for all the dirty crap they did...but I love that stuff...its how you supposed to play the game. Galchenyuk seems tough enough although he is small. But he better go to the net a bit more prepared for the fray...He could call Holmstrom for some private lessons.

Posted by LAKings on November 23, 2014 at 04:32 PM

Krug goes after a guy with his gloves on and that's ok, when it happens to the B's the thread gets deleted. Maybe the only win of the year for the B's in the fight dept.

Posted by habjo on November 23, 2014 at 01:02 PM

Well seems to be one of the few wins the broons get against the habs anymore they cant even fight

Posted by Orr Fourever on November 23, 2014 at 05:48 AM

Win for the Krugster. It was kinda like watching midget wrasslin. In the mean time. And in between time. That's it. Another edition of Stampede wrestling... Rip Ed Whelan...

Good to see the mighty mite fight.

Posted by doobi1 on November 23, 2014 at 12:30 AM

Krug the winner in a short, but sweet battle.

Posted by jlmcgui on December 05, 2014 at 04:26 PM

All the Canadians are pusses (except Prust & Weise); you guys can bash Lucic all you want, but what did PK do recently when Lucic offered to go ... yup, he skated right to Marchand afterwards. Would you say Marchand and Subban are in the same weight class? Neither would I. Go back and look when Horton challenged Subban ... same thing ... And don't get me started with Emelin ... do you thing Brian Gionta would "stick up" for Emelin now? Neither do i! Cheap shot artist!

Posted by bennhur on November 22, 2014 at 10:09 PM

Krug gave fast punch knowing he had no chance. Because that mf gave the first girly hit...he get the win...nothing to be proud

Posted by adam16 on January 20, 2015 at 12:24 PM

Hey Sureshot Galchenyuk's American lol

Posted by bruins34 on November 23, 2014 at 02:18 AM

Elven magic rules the day as Krug manages to actually throw some punches in this um...situation. Honestly though, if it's coming down to LOTR characters adding to the new Bruins team toughness concept, PC and the whiz kids should put Jay Miller on Atkins and put LB on a treadmill and roll them out.

Posted by carlosrico on November 22, 2014 at 11:50 PM

Krug gets the gloves off quickly and Alex steps on a stick while getting pulled face first into the boards. Krug gets a couple shots in while he's stunned. Ended up on the bottom and lucky for him the linesman were nearby. Got to give it a draw

Posted by forbull on November 23, 2014 at 08:02 AM

Wasn't even a fight.....good for chucky to get initiated!

Posted by beretta804 on November 24, 2014 at 12:49 PM

NOt much of a fight. Galch deserved a smack down though. Most Canadians do. All wimps and divers.

Posted by dapwas20 on November 23, 2014 at 11:15 AM

well said boldbilly.

Posted by BigE50 on November 23, 2014 at 10:19 PM

Typical Bruin....Jump a guy and claim victory...look at the scoreboard!

Posted by revilomtl on November 23, 2014 at 08:50 AM

HABS another win against the hibernating Bears!! (To make myself clear I don't expected Galchenyuk to any/many fights.) Bergeron penalty was right but then... Krug with a clear intentional excessive trip right infront of the Ref (obviously the Refs are always pulling for the Habs), spear from Krug, then Rask get into as well with a spear. B-fans upset over the Lucic fight the other night. Lucic actually had his gloves off staring straight at his opponent when he gets hit. Then like multiple times last night take a cheap shot when it's all done. Krug drops his gloves and starts swinging at Galchenyuk who has his head down and he's off balance. Thats how you win a fight make sure you opponent isn't looking.

Posted by jerry s on November 23, 2014 at 06:17 AM

glorified roughing one maybe 2 pouches thrown draw

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on December 11, 2014 at 12:41 AM

Krug dropped his gloves then dropped Galchenyuk!

Posted by Jim02351 on November 23, 2014 at 10:39 AM

Little guy steps up.

Posted by kkdowning on November 23, 2014 at 11:15 AM

Galchenyuk got tired of getting roughed up in front of the net and decides to square off with the fellow diminutive Krug -- only to get roughed up some more by Krug, but this time behind the net. Looked like Galchenyuk's visor opened up the bridge of his nose.

Posted by hockeyrules999 on November 25, 2014 at 10:22 PM

Dirty shots...hey it's the Bruins...they'll keep on losing....and funniest part is now Habs are winning most of the fights to go along with the wins.

Posted by Amerkfan8 on November 24, 2014 at 05:38 PM

Krug wins this wrestling match.

Posted by Dammit-Man on November 22, 2014 at 10:01 PM

Galleychump got Owned by an "Easy Target" undersized Non Fighter... Shameful at best...

Posted by BruinsAllDaySon on November 23, 2014 at 08:23 AM

Win KRUG - first smashing the Gal's face into boards and then landing a solid one. After watching several replays of the Gal's face after the fight, pretty sure he has a broken beak. He looked shell-shocked hahaha. Loser. Just like the rest of your pansy team. Gotta love Pacioretty standing there too barking like he was actually going to do anything. Seidenberg smiling in his face asking him if he ACTUALLY wants to do anything other than run his mouth. Big bag of NOPE. Biggest group of vaaaginas to EVER take the ice = 2014-2015 Montreal Canadiens. Previous owner of this award goes to 2013-2014 Montreal Canadiens. Reigning champs of the biggest group of vaaaginas award!!!

With the Slovakian ostrich sidelined and Lucic recently pouting from blocking a Prout punch with his face, the Bruins are seemingly without "muscle" or an "intimidating" presence. In comes Krug, not son of Crom, he angrily slams Glachenyuk's face into the boards before trying to throw some adrenaline punches into the dizzy Canadien's flattened face.

Another day, another stick to the package from a Bruin.
