I heard Christmas carols at the mall yesterday. I think Prust did too, as he shows us how much better it is to give than to receive.

Prust with the win...........and as with many before and after him, his career has gone nothing but upward since leaving that wasteland that is Calfairy.

Nice try by the kid but the "grip from hell" by Prust was too much to overcome Eventually Prust was feeding him so many rights that as they say... Deslauriers was begging for a left

win prust...good effort by deslauriers though

Prust with a nice win... I love the grip.. Deslauriers couldn't escape.. Fight was an entertaining 5.. Stewart/Cody Mc/Deslauriers a decent 3-some down in Buffalo... If only Ted would loosen the grips..

DRAW! I don't know what you people are looking at!

If you voted for Deslauriers, you're delusional. See what I did there? Trust all the way and a 6

Prusty with the edge in a spirited bout.

Deslauries was willing but not very good -- all Prust

Prust looked great in this fight. He took command from the get go and never relinquished it.

Prust shows the kid what it takes to be a tough guy in this league! Win Prust!

As the aggressor and more active fighter: Prust

Posted by Stone55555 on November 05, 2014 at 08:53 PM

Prust landed the majority of shots. So so fight. Easy decision for Prust!

Posted by doobi1 on November 06, 2014 at 02:16 PM

this was one of those where the effort was definitely there but both did a good of a job of tying each other up. when they finally did let loose, Prust seemed to land a few more punches but Deslauriers held his ground. Because of this, I'm saying it was close, but Prust gets the win.

Prust lands the only punches. Desi just is along for the ride.

Prust domination!

Posted by Snoka on November 05, 2014 at 08:41 PM

Funny how Prust ignored Cody Mac, who was on the ice, and went for a nobody.

Nicolas should spend more time looking at his opponent rather than the linesmen.....he did however almost get in a couple of knut shots. As usual Prust was Prusty! Looked pre-approved, but why?

Young kid taking on an established veteran. Gave what he could took all Prust gave him. Prust with the win

Posted by boldbilly on November 05, 2014 at 10:59 PM

Prust with the easy win .......Montreal not looking very sharp somehow finds a way to win ......Deslauriers picks a fight he wishes he hadn't.

Posted by anthrojim on November 06, 2014 at 09:14 AM

Giving it to Prust for the sheer number of punches thrown, but neither really landed anything significant.

Posted by English_Bruin on November 06, 2014 at 11:07 AM

Helmet saved the Buffalo bloke then. All Prust

Posted by bigmike53 on November 05, 2014 at 11:39 PM

DesLauriers is not well known but make no mistake he is a tough SOB. Prust asked him to go and he accepts. DesLauriers can't get his grip and Prust takes advantage to pound out the win.

Prust maybe fading a bit, could have gone with Cody but took the easy way out! Question for all you arm chair hockey fags! When your trying to ignite your team does it matter if your tough guy picks a punk?
