Mike Rupp vs Jared Boll

Both guys had their moments,
but it's good to see
Rupp fighting more regularly.
He used to be pretty good at it.

Rupp early on, Boll at the conclusion. What is more noteworthy was the number of Pens fans in attendance at Columbus cheering their team on. It makes you wonder why there is an NHL team in Columbus.

These two usually have a reach advantage over their opponents...but not in this case.
Boll gets Rupp off balance by reversing direction on the spin cycle.
Nice to see Boll throw more rights than his usual safe(ish) jersey jabs.
Good showing by Rupp but Win to Boll.

Good show by both but Boll with the EDGE/NARROW WIN taking over in the end landing few clean good shots.

Rupp with the win. I dont know what versa was watching but it wasnt this fight. Hes obviously a Blue Jacket fan. Wrestling a guy to the ice after getting pummeled doesnt translate into a win.

Boll ducking Godard is why this fight happened. He wanted no part of the big man, seeing as he lost a pre-season scrap to him. Nice to see Rupper answering the bell so often this year...

Good scrap, and it hurts me to say this but Boll got this one. Rupp has looked better this year, but he bit off more than he can chew with Boll.
