I see what Konopka was trying to do in tying up the right... but it's Voros for Terry Harper's sake! It's not like there's some big shot coming over anytime soon. Huggy draw.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on January 21, 2010 at 11:03 AM

Voros threw the most punches but nothing really landed. Draw

wrestling and hugging...draw

Posted by Dirty Winger on January 20, 2010 at 12:48 AM

whats up with all the hugfests lately, both tangled up pretty good but only a few exchanged punches none had the upper hand. boring draw, konopka should be embarrassed as the FM leader by that performance

Not much here

Posted by shrk33 on January 20, 2010 at 12:23 PM

lots of punches, but most hit the shoulder pads, helmet or nothing. Draw.

konopka looks pathetic in this fight.but he was lucky that voros didnt land much.he controlled the fight though.draw

Voros threw 653 punches and landed none. Draw.

draw homers

Voros spent the first 1/3 of the fight giving nugies to Konopka's back and side. Konopka was clearly trying to let Voros wear himself out with the intention of coming back strong in the end. Konopka did eventually come on strong, however Voros was not as worn out as he hoped and was able to keep it respectable until after the fall and the arrival of the zebras. Voros early and Konopka late. A cute little defensive tussle and a draw.

Draw... Decent effort from both, but neither scored much.

Konopka's version of the rope a dope. Had Voros early..Konopka late. Draw.

Posted by bruins rule on January 20, 2010 at 04:07 PM

gave this decent fight a draw.

Guess the Lightning didn't like Voros chopping the smallest guy in the NHL too much, so they threw Konopka out there to send a message ASAP; a message well taken. Both guys landed a couple decent shots. Konopka played the defensive fight with holding off until he thought Voros was tired; but Voros never did tire and this became an interesting fight. Konopka has to lose the elbow pads before or during the fight. Those things are bigger than most knee pads- which truly hinder his ability to throw when they slide down with the jersey during the fight!DRAW

Edge Voros for more of activity, Zenon just held.

Posted by Bear72 on January 20, 2010 at 08:37 AM

Did any punches actually land Zenon looked horrible

Posted by septemous on January 19, 2010 at 11:44 PM

Kind of a dance about - but I think Voros got in more shots and took fewer.

Posted by crosscheck52 on January 20, 2010 at 08:40 PM

Not a very impressive fight except they both showed stamina. I like Kopopka and his aggressive play, but he let Voros outpoint him in this one.

I give the very narrow win to Vorros. It is close so I can see a draw here as well.

Posted by lb1631 on January 20, 2010 at 09:03 AM

Voros does not win many but I am going to give him the slight win here.

Posted by ilovenyr on January 20, 2010 at 10:19 AM

Draw with the slight edge to Voros.

Posted by Orrsrighthand on January 20, 2010 at 09:45 AM

Konopka seemed to try to take a page from the Cam Janssen "let them throw til they tire" book. Someone forgot to tell him tho that it was 10 SECONDS INTO THE GAME! I like this as a draw, even tho Voros got the better punches in. Going back and watching again Voros did a good job controlling a HW like Konopka. Lol at St. Louis high tailing it to the bench for Konopka. I understand Rangers 4th was on but why not start ur 1 vs there 4? Not like Voros woulda tried to fight him

Posted by ThrowdownSJ408 on January 20, 2010 at 04:06 AM

Draw and another bad fight from Konopka. He is a terrible fighter. You think if you fought this much you would get better real quick.

Posted by Snot-Bubbler on January 20, 2010 at 08:12 AM

Torts= He has more heart than BRASH........leave him in the lineup.

Posted by wetstick on January 19, 2010 at 10:23 PM

Voros proves yet again why he is one of the worst fighters in the league WIN FOR BIG Z

Posted by Sukoshi84 on January 20, 2010 at 11:45 AM

how the fuk do you useless blind [email protected] get a win or edge Voros ? ohhh thats right you all play pro hockey and know what punches did n' didn't land not to mention how hard they landed...... voros is a pillow punching little bitch just like of those who voted win voros..... Fuking pathetic, it's a shame you bitches don't try to hang with the big boys in the forums.

Posted by dorian on January 20, 2010 at 01:16 PM

Horrible. Not. One. Single. Punch. Landed.

Posted by femduck on January 22, 2010 at 07:57 PM

Funny how Voros threw all of those punches but landed...nothing. At least, nothing good. However, Konopka threw few punches and LANDED THEM great. Draw. Not a very enthralling fight.

Posted by dropkick25 on January 20, 2010 at 12:33 PM

Whole lotta nothin' in this one....Draw....

Posted by Oil Can Henry on January 20, 2010 at 01:51 AM

Another boring Zenon Konopka fight -- he elevates "holding" to major-penalty status.

Posted by tim daddy on January 20, 2010 at 10:04 AM

draw, what happend to voros? i thought three years ago he was gong to become real power forward when he came up.

Posted by PigIron on January 20, 2010 at 06:56 PM

I gave it a draw ....LOTS of action - almost NO connecting. It was like a football play that went sideline - to sideline and back again when the dust settled there was a 2 yard gain.

I'm not sure if Kononpka was that bad or if Voros jacked it up a notch. Either way, nice bout and Voros held his own.

Posted by Dramagods on January 20, 2010 at 07:32 AM

Konopka got thrown out with 10 min. left in the game. He was even challenging fan favorite Avery who put his tail between his legs & went searching for a hockey player of a 10 years old's size

Posted by jcstokes on January 20, 2010 at 11:04 AM

Im giving this to Voros. Active and busier. Konopka, who seems to throw em every night, got nothing going at all.

Posted by muskokadangler on January 20, 2010 at 08:12 AM

Voros win!!

Posted by imissbarnaby36 on January 20, 2010 at 06:38 PM

voros w in a ok bout

Posted by tiburon4 on January 20, 2010 at 04:41 PM

Ooh, very good fight. They should sign up for UFC or other MMA groups. Voros was nonstop, easy win.

Posted by azjim on January 21, 2010 at 01:53 AM

Konopka landed a couple of punches, while Voros did not land anything above the shoulder pads. Win Konopka.

Posted by The Crow on January 21, 2010 at 04:24 PM

Konopka gets the edge, he landed at least 3-5 punches while Voros landed zero, despite throwing about 30.
