Sigh. I really wish I had some good advice for Aaron Voros. I don't know: find a way to make a guy pull his hands in so you don't always get grabbed right away.

Voros has been a personal favorite since he came up from Houston. It was so obvious how badly he wanted to stay with the Wild, and I loved his enthusiasm. He's really maturing, and I still believe he can turn into something special. But his confidence is really down right now. He used to be the first to a goal celebration to congratulate the scorer, huge smile on his face, even jumping with his arms in the air like a big kid. He'd be finishing a crushing check in the corner, and then jamming the net literally 5 seconds later. The guy doesn't even smile now.

I'm still a complete believer. I really want this guy to stay here for years and become a major part of the Wild.

McIver early and late gets the decision, pretty good fight with punches thrown with bad intent.

Give it to McIver , easily ....

Pretty lopsided. Noone took a beating but McIver got the best of Voros.
A couple of good shots, one that even knocked down Aaron at the :39 mark. I like the exchange at the :14-:16 second mark! good fight boys, the crowd was into it!

Good job McIver. More of that and perhaps some respect will follow.
