agreed with what i've read so far, great hit, good fight, and a draw. these are my kinds of hockey fights, not "staged", or off the draw, but these "how dare you sir, i take great offense to that" kinds of fights. both just doing exactly what they are paid to do.
draw...good scrap..i watched this live on nhl network ...they interviewed hordi @ inter. and he said it was aboot time for him to fight...him n barch talked aboot it pregame..."The hit was just an excuse to make it happen."....DH
Great hit - nice to see Peterson get up right away. Good exchange not sure what you voters so adamant about Hordi winning this one saw, maybe he scored the first couple before the cameras got zoomed in, but it looks like Barch scored the better shots through the duration. This is a good ol' draw!
First of all, that was great clean hit by Hordi. Normally I don't like guys that are expected to fight after a clean hit but in this case I didn't mind at all. Two guys almost EXACTLY the same size(for the poster who mentioned the size advantage for Hordi, you have once again proved how uneducated you are when it comes to hockey and hockey fights. You know who you are and so does everybody else).
I've been pretty critical of Hordi for a year or so now and I thought that since he was finally fighting a guy his own size and in his own weight class that he would be able to prevail pretty handily but this fight looked to me like it was a pretty solid draw.
