Jack Edwards is the worst homer announcer in the league!!!

Thornton is bigger and stronger and tougher. Boll doesn't quit though.

From what I can tell from this scketchy video, Thornton threw with more ferocity, and seemed to land the better shots. Give Boll some credit, he is a gamer and always willing. Win Thornton here though, to strong and threw the better punches.

Nice fight but can someone please point out when the beat down takes place? Please? Anyone? 2 rights by Thorton that look like maybe 1 landed and 1 grazed Boll. Boll then gets in a good right and they both go down. I love Boston but, Jesus, that was some big time homerism on the part of the Boston announcers. I was excited to see a good beatdown by Thorton but only got a big dose of disappointment.

These two also tie up after the whistle and Thornton lands a few decent right handed punches before they went down to the ice. Boll throws one while they are down before the lino's stepped in to stop it..

Win Thornton..

Absolutely Homerific call, as typical, by the NESN guys. Fight was close with both guys throwing. I can't listen to Boston announcers any more as they are an embarrassment consistently. Kudos for a spirited scrap in preseason to all four guys.

Thornton with 2 thunderous rights to Boll (and the win), yeah, Blunden had his way with Kobasew, but give Chuckie credit for taking on the thug who "took out??" Rask.

Let's see Blunden pick on Lucic like that??

I want to slap Jack Edwards' face off of his face.

Good fight, Boll did pretty well landing some good shots early, Thornton came back though landing about five solid shots late before being tackled by Boll who landed one after taking Thornton to the ice. Thornton got a prettty clear win in this fight for hammering Boll late but Boll stuck in there and was landing punches throughout the fight.

Woodape - Thorton is listed as 6'1" 202, Boll 6'3" 195. They are in the same fight class.
Kobaswe, however, looks to be much smaller than London.
