Nice little wrestling match here. Both guys tried to work something in there, and were Rupp's arm free, he would have been able to pound on Eager, cause he was muscling him. Still, 2 for roughing.

cheap stuff by eager at the end as rupp was down,and what was with the half ass spear before they went.
