What fight? Girardi hugs Richards, noogies his bicep and removes his helmet to help him cool his head off after flattening a Ranger. I doubt Richards even knew who jumped him, so no wonder he stayed low. There has to be a fight to be a win. Draw.

if you watch the game, not only did Girardi connect on those two punches but he cut Richards with one of them. Win for Girardi in a weak one. Sidenote: Obviously MCB works for this site and yet you morons take the bait everytime as if he is serious

Girardi with the win. Nice to see him stand up for a team mate. HEY FLYGUYS AND LIBERAL FLYER...get a life. Suddenly it's unusual for a teammates to stick up for 1 another?? Colburn was the punk in this game and Richards needs to be ready to suffer the consequences of his actions! Orr should kick both thier asses...unless there's someone else on the Flyers...I forgot Cote...LOL.

I think the hit on Zherdev hurt Richards more than Girardi did. Nonetheless, Girardi rather easily handled him in this one. Not even close.

mcb, you have the IQ of a Tomato Plant......and you could use an eye check up!

Crap fight - worthless featherweight draw. Paul Holmgren needs to put in a catalog order for a Heavyweight fighter on this club. He's on his way to complete blame for the Flyers fight class of 2009 eventually ending up under permanent hospitalization for Alzheimers Disease. They may have to rename an entire wing after Riley Cote, or the "Fridge"

Girardi did the right thing by sending a message that he won't let his best players be taken advantage off. Win goes to Girardi. Mcb your an idiot.

I hate the Flyers, but got to give it to Richards nice hit on that little Biatch Z. Girardi learn to fight from someone other than Zach Storitini.

first upper cut by giradi stunned richards. you have to watch replay to see first upper cut connect. you don`t see it at first.

who ever said richards wanted no part in girardi is a clown...the guy has been in three fights in the show compared to richards who has dropped them just as many times this season as he did during his rookie season...I was a good call giving girardi the instigator

Did Richards actually get REWARDED with a 5 min. fighting major? At least throw a punch.
