I'm glad Zajac had his ass hnded to him after taking a really nice clean hit for skating with his head down like that then standing up and challenging Girardi. And how bloody awful are the commentators? I can't get over how bad msg and fsn are, where do they find those guys? follow the play, learn or just go back to baseball

Not much of a fight, I guess Girardi won. On a side note, I will give Zajac credit: how often do you see a skill player nowadays stand up for HIMSELF after getting rocked? It's not often, that's for sure.

Zajac standing up for himself ? That was a hardnose, clean hit by Girardi. So not only is Zajac a fairy for taking exception to getting clocked with an open ice hit while his head was down, he made it worse by getting knocked down with one punch. Very Crosby like by Zajac - without all the skill.
