You've got to like the surprise in Emrick's voice when he IDs Smolenak as the other combatant.

Ashem with the win over Smolenak. Good effort by both players.

Asham is the winner here - Toronto needs a guy like Asham or Gratton or Jansen - Burke, take notes

radek...words of advice, dont drop your golves and you wont have to try to wrestle someone to the ice. your an embarrassment to the nhl when you do.

smolenak got tired and tried to pull asham down. asham nails him at the end. win asham.

asham lands 3 punches. the left at 14seconds was square. 2 rights at the end. Who the F cares that it was Smolenak's first game? That means nothing.
