Gotta love the enthusiasm, despite the effect that being an inch and a half apart can have the power of your shots.
Nonetheless, this Brown character is slowly earning my respect as a quality middleweight. Too bad he coudn't fight Rypien, it'd be a great scrap!

Brownie wins the bout but Dorsett later scores his first NHL goal, a game winner. Dorsett also got a between periods interview on Vancouver TV--they gave him the puck and he looked genuinely pleased.

dorsett had more in him when brown went for the bodyslam..both are pretty tough..

This should be a draw but i'm gonna give browm the "W" cause that body slam had to hurt. And thats what winning a fight is about, hurting the other guy more. Brown with a "W".

Decent scrap, but I am tired of people voting for someone based on a takedown. This is a fight, just throw some damn punches, taking a guy down just shows that you got in over your head and aren't willing to trade with the guy. Brown with the "body slam", whatever, more like cuddling him to the ice. I have NO respect for Brown, he's nothing but a leg-humping bitch. Rypien needs to show him how a real man finishes a fight. Draw.

They should have kissed each other.....they were close enough. I give the win to Brown; he got in more punches from 1/2 foot away.

Good tilt, both landed a lot of close in, short punches but nothing damaging. DRAW

Take downs don't win fights, in fact, that take down looked more like a bail out on Brown's part but judging by the punches thrown, neither one scored enough to get the win.

Let-M-Go, you nailed it. Could not agree more. Brown is drawing a cheque with his willingness, but always goes for his NCAA wrestling take down, and while I am a Canuck fan, it is pretty annoying.

Great slam at the end, I give it to brown, for having more shots on dorsett

wow after reding the reviews i really wonder what some of you look for in a fight.......ive played junior A hockey and have had over 250 pim's 3 times and you ask anyone who has played a high level of hockey and theyll tell you that when someone dumps someone else it means one of two things either your hurt and need the fight to end or you dont feel like its going your way and you want it over........rabbit punches do nothing and the only shot that actually landed was a headlock upper cut from Dorsett the take down that sooo many of you give Brown props for is in reality a huge negative and that costs him the fight........very slight win for Dorsett

wouldnt be upset with a draw either

Edge to brown before take down with the take down icing on th cake.

Nice close in fight, kudos to both. Pretty strong tackle at the end, but other than that, 50/50.

not bad, but a takedown doesn't mean win, edge Dorsett.
