Dorsett was way out in front until McL gets the arm out of the sweater. Dorsett got a nice left in after the arm came out then McL caught up. Draw.

I believe that would qualify as a rope-a-dope, yes? Great job by McLaren.

Dorsett controlled the early portion of the fight, but McLaren finished well after he got free. For awhile it seemed MClaren was destined to be tied up. Edge to McLaren in a spirited bout that should give props to both guys.

McLaren does a nice job in his first NHL fight, excluding preseason games. I'm sure there will be more to come from him as he provides a big physical presence to the Sharks lineup..

McLaren with the EGDE/NARROW WIN landing more bigger punches.
Also Dorsett landed big punches but he also missed some, although McLaren missed some as well BUT
McLaren took over clearly at the end he really landed clean big ones.
Dorsett was tired at the end, he stopped punching.
So its a victory for McLarenb i believe.
I understand a draw too.

What a battle i gave 9 for fun.

anybody who gave this a less than 8 rating should go watch WWE. you got momentum shifts and even a pat on the back by dorsett for the effort.

God, I never thought he'd be able to get the arm free-seemed like an eternity. I hope we keep McLaren up. Win for Mc

Fight of the week so far. McLaren gave many more than he got, even though it looked early on like he was in trouble. Once he got going, he really took over.

wow great scrap! respect to dorsett who gives up a huge size difference and still leads for most of the fight but i would give the win to mclaren for his finish. my favourite fight of the year so far!

Surprised the refs stayed out as long as they did while McLaren worked his arm out of his sweater...ala Bob Probert.
