George Parros vs Jody Shelley

Jody Shelley is quietly one of the best. Everyone mentions Laraque Brash Orr and Parros, but many forget about Shelley. He is still dangerous and can handle things very well. Slight edge to Shelley mainly for landing a shot that opened Parros up.

You expect these two to fight...good punches by Shelley, he was able to cut Parros even though Parros kept his head a mile away and does the duck and throw.

It was sweet to see Shelley bloody up Parros in person.

These two just get it. They never disappoint when they get together.

Great fight between to heavy hitters. Parros landed some good shots as did Shelly. Shelly clearly busted Parros open with a shot and drew alot of blood as could be seen quite well on the ice from the upper bowl.

I liked this fight, even now it is still one of my favorites. What you can't see from this video is Shelley spiting at Parros after the fight was separated, that's style. The fight was a lot better in person with a clear win for Shelley.

Good fight but it probably would have been great if it wasn’t done with a camera phone. Is there any way we could get better video like before?

At first glance it looks like a grapple fest with a few haymakers. On second watch, you see how Parros got so bloodied when it looked like he had controlled the fight most of the way. Shelley got one huge right in and cut Parros badly. Win to Shelley for the most damaging punch, but otherwise, he looked a little overmatched.
