Lappy got the edge/narrow win because of the end, no more words from me at this time.

remember glass joe from punch out?

i like cowan's game. he's a hardnosed guy and a good forechecker. a fighter, however, he is not.

Cowan landed more early than Laperriere did late. No, I'm not a Canuck fan.

Cowan started well, Laperriere finished well. Not sure what, if anything dropped him.

Let's see... Cowan throws 8 straight punches to start the fight, several looked to land, and Lappy throws 4 punches, 3 or which definitely did not land and then leans on the guy to get him down to the ice. And the win goes to Lappy? Get a clue, people. Just because you don't like a guy doesn't mean he loses every fight he gets in. Cowan with the edge here.

Cowan gets his butt whooped AGAIN!

Come on Vancouver fans, get REAL!! This was far from a "beat down" like numbnuts the annoncer said, but Cowan still lost! He was hurt at the end, not leaned on, or resting, or anything other than what he was, HURT!

Come on folks, don't let the idiot homer announcer convince you, you're smarter than that. There was no "beatdown" there.

Win COWAN...maybe a draw...where the **** do people get win Lappy??!! Not 1 of his punched landed...then he just leaned on Cowan at the end. Cowan's early punches(altho the camera was far away) looked to land. Its about time every1 left Cowan alone. He is tough and he's a swinger. Yeah he loses fights. WHo cares...he fights.

Cowan got the early punchesbut it looked like Laperriere hurt him with the second punch because he collapsed a little bit.

Cowan had the early edge but man did Laperriere rally! slight edge to Laperriere.

This ended exactly as expected - with Cowan on his knees, begging for his mommy.

Obvious win Laperriere. Too bad Godard didn't have a chance to take his head off a couple of nights earlier, before the ref's sent them packing.

You suck, Cow.
