Moreau fed it to Phaneuf, no matter how you look at it...this fight was short, but not close. Phaneuf is lucky he didn't get KO'd in this one!!

Geez, this forum must be filled with a lot of idiots. Yes, Phaneuf takes off his visor when he has the opportunity to. Phaneuf can't fight crap

The refs jumped in too fast! This one could have gone on awhile.

Enough with the whining about Phaneuf removing his lid/shield - if the fight is spontaneous you don't have time to do anything but trade punches, if you talk and decide to go, then the lid comes off. Watch the video - Phaneuf starts taking his lid off before Moreau. If your crying about him wearing a visor then your an idiot - he's a top 5 defenseman not a brawler, 5-7 fights a year, and should protect his eyes (ask Berard). It was a lousy fight because Phaneuf hits the net with his back skate and falls down and the refs step in.

This bout, just like the one on Monday, was not even close!! Moreau absolutely owned Phanuef start-to-finish.. finally Phaneuf took off the visor, but he was completely over-matched by the tougher Moreau.

Great job by both guys ditching the buckets & having a nice lil square-off. I gotta give the decision to Moreau in this one for just taking the win. But Phaneuf didn't lose anything. He's still the meanest SOB around. And look out when u enter the Flames zone cause he may be a lil more pissed after this one.
