Brown was a good here as he got Thornton to a hard position immediately and scored a knockdown win.
Brown with the narrow win.

Man, I can't believe some of the idiots that post here. No, it wasn't a good fight, I agree. But some of these wierdos are calling for Brown's execution and the rape of his wife. Brown has done nothing but fight since he turned pro, I think the guy is allowed one mediocre scrap in three f**kin' years before he gets fed to the lions for crying out loud.

And I would put money on Brown in any re-match with Thornton.

Brown should've switched hands, he could've done some serious damage if he started throwing with the left

Thornton can scrap. No chance to get it going here. That was not a fight. That should have been 2 min., so they could come out of the box and really go. They should put an option in the drip downs for the scoring for this site " this is not a fight".

That was borderline XXX rated. Looked like a monkey doing a football.

Draw. No fight. Brown went after Thornton from behind and Scott never had a chance to unload. Chickencrap Brown should face Thornton next time.

Nice hit by Ritchie to start things. Pretty physical game overall- surprised there weren't more fights.

never gets going, even the crowd boo's and when does a crowd ever boo during a hockey fight...even when the home guy gets ko'd they gasp, not boo, i gave the actual fight a 1.0 since 0.0 is not an option

Ritchie retaliates on Zeiler with a crushing late hit. Thornton comes to the aide of Zeiler and is met by Brown. Brown gets Thornton in a 'side control' position...? He throws the only punches, landing several to the back of Thornton's head. Brown pounds him to the ice in a one-sided contest. Not a great fight. Brown should see more divisional games here with all the injuries. He is certainly making people take notice of his abilities.
Decision = Brown

Once again we see the lack of quality objective voting going on. People are giving a fight to Thornton when he never threw one punch! Sure it wasn't a good fight. Thornton knew if he let go he would be rocked so he held on and rode it out. Never saw him ask for a rematch...

Oddly enough, Blake threw more bare-knuckled punches at Cooke at the end of the game and only got 2 and 10... o.0
C'mon, Blake is not Pronger!

Brown or scott did nothing in this wrestling match. I guess I would say that Brown got 2 points for a takedown however no points for punches landed.
