| Comments: There's a scrum near the penalty boxes and everyone's trying to get some words in. Murray grabs Odger's stick and throws it, Tucker is off to the side with McCleary trying to goad him into a fight. Thornton and Odgers finally break away and drop the gloves and grab onto each other. They each get position and then get the rights going. Piston-like action. Nine or ten from each, and then Thornton follows up with a couple of uppercuts. Thornton has a reach advantage and it appeared as though his punches are landed better. They start to wrestle near the boards and Thornton takes Odgers down. Odgers skates away bleeding around his left eye. | ||
