The two shove each other in the corner before deciding to drop the gloves. Wisniewski wrestles Laperriere down to his knees, but Laperriere is able to quickly get back up to his feet. They get in close quarters and exchange some short rights. Laperriere gets Wisniewski's helmet off but the linesmen are right there to break things up.

Blah, no passion much.
Hugfest and a draw.
Lappy threw one in the start.
Lappy threw another one that hits to the back of Wisniewski's helmet.
The similar one by Wisniewski.

Embarassing. I think Laperriere should consider retirement after this one. My grandmother can fight like this. This kind of fight should not happen on the NHL ground.

That video clip does the fight no justice.

I was at the game... Wiz landed 4-5 good punches right away that were not replayed and missed by the other camera shown in tha tlink.

Certainly not a great fight, but better then the hug fest you saw at the tail end of a short scrap. Check out the hawks msg boards on their main site.. anyone that saw it loved the emotion from Wiz.

I hate how Lappy fights. All he's good at is trying to hug people to death. I could swear I saw him try to kiss Wisniewski in this crap fight.
