On behalf of my fellow Red Wing fans,
who haven't known true team toughness
since the 'Bruise Brothers' left town...
...it's about friggin' time!

You have to give it to Ericsson with the size and reach advantage though Dorsett was hanging in there. About 15 minutes later Nash got into a scrap with Hudler and Dorsett was ready to fight again.

Look for Scott Arniel to be the first NHL coach shown to the exit door. And GM Howsom won't be too far behind. The Blue Jackets have been in a steady decline since Ken Hitchcock was fired.

That was too much fun, A Red Wing winning a fight and Dorsett getting hammered.

Ericson dominated. The tale of the tape indicated a 15 pound difference -- it looked more like 25

Gotta love the spunk of Dorsett...almost always taking on bigger opponents.
Ericsson shows he can take care of himself occasionally.
Slightest edge to Ericson for being the busier of the two.

Who the Hell scored this a draw? Slaw, what fight vid were you watching? He connected with Dorsett's head at least 5 times.

Tough to get inside that reach but it was all Ericsson and to be honest Dorsett's lucky he didn't get Creamed

I think Dorsett's left ear is probably very sore, but other than that he should be good. Always good to see a Red Wing square go. Ericsson, 5.

DD is poretty good at using that ear to soften up the fists of his opponents.

Ericsson landing some while using a straight arm to force Dorsett into shadow boxing...

dorsett never had the size to reach erickson or he would of won.but then if dorsett was bigger erickson wouldn't of wanted the scrap.win for the way bigger guy.
