Kind of a Matrix fight with fists whizzing by and not landing.

Posted by bruiseyoureye on December 10, 2010 at 12:41 AM

draw draw draw............not one punch landed.

Posted by The DZA on December 10, 2010 at 12:57 AM

There were about 20 punches thrown and only about 2 connected. Nice.

The only reason why Clifford went for the take down was because Jackman was trying to spin him down to the ice off balance.. Clifford wasn't going to have any of that.

Posted by ETR on December 10, 2010 at 11:12 AM

lotsa action, not much connection, draw

Posted by McCunn8585 on December 10, 2010 at 08:55 AM

Draw. Cliff more active but no real damage. Jackman kept him at bay with the jab.

clifford finally found some opponent with better reputation as a fighter....draw...6

Posted by b.t.wilson on December 09, 2010 at 11:46 PM

good energetic scrap, i was leaning towards the big red dog until he went for the takedown. i don't understand why so many guys are doing that these days. anyways, draw and a 6.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on December 10, 2010 at 09:50 AM

lol love the replay. nothing landed. Draw

Posted by bruins rule on December 10, 2010 at 08:20 AM

decent fight gave it a draw.

Clifford got the early part of the battle, and showed a ton of heart against a larger opponent. Jackman seemed to have control pretty well wrapped up toward the end, but in order to achieve this he had to keep Clifford so far away that he couldn't really land much on clifford either. The one point where Jackman let him in close, Clifford nearly drilled him with an uppercut. Yes, Clifford went for the take-down near the end, but against the larger Jackman that's to be expected and was offset by the willingness to battle an older stronger opponent shown by one of the younges kids in the NHL, at 19 years of age. Draw, and Jackman is lucky to have escaped that uppercut.

A draw plain and simple, they both threw a ton and several landed for each...Love the huge grin on Clifford's face after the bout.. he is going to be a good one for sure

Posted by Juha82 on December 10, 2010 at 06:00 AM

They landed some good punches here and there, bioth landed same. DRAW all the way.

King and ex-King, two scrappy guys. Pretty even. Both got one good punch, Jackie and overhand right and Cliffie an uppercut. Cliffie had enough at the end though. Need to forget that take-down move.

Good energy... Solid punches thrown but not many on the mark. No damage from either...draw. I think the pant leg take down has been passer for at least 10 years now...looks good if you succeed but stupid if you don't.

Good showing by the kid against the veteran. Too close to call.

Clifford early and Jackman late !Draw!

Posted by ThrowdownSJ408 on December 10, 2010 at 12:11 AM

good high energy fight, called this one today. draw

They need to make it an automatic Misconduct or even a Game Misconduct for trying to purposely take down your opponent. If they are serious about keeping people in the game safe they will implement this. No one is going to die from getting punched in the face but its only a matter of time before one of these take downs results in someone being seriously seriously hurt.

Both guys were punching with there eyes closed, in what turned into a big whiff fest. Ex Hab, Craig Ludwig, could never scrap, but he could painfully slam you to the ice, if need be, no one before, or since.

Jackman in a clear decision.

Did anyone see the two kids go at it during the peewee game at intermission? I would love to see that video posted on this site. Those kids were getting aggressive!

Posted by crouse77 on December 11, 2010 at 10:48 AM

jackman landed more grazing shots so i will give it to him

Posted by mbaumann on December 10, 2010 at 08:23 AM

Win Jackman, he connected with more solid punches. Clifford flailing away with weak out of control punches. he got some in but they did not phase Jackman at all.

Posted by Towmater on December 10, 2010 at 11:23 AM

Clifford takes a good one on the chin and then does a Stortini imitation

Posted by slavv on December 10, 2010 at 11:24 AM

Very even fight until Clifford surprisingly went for the wrestling takedown, which is a clear indication you're done and wanna get out of there. Win Jackman, who wanted to keep throwing...

Posted by golfpro on December 10, 2010 at 10:30 AM

Jackman wins this one.

Posted by Bluetiedown44 on December 10, 2010 at 08:01 PM

Jackman holds off the pup. Loved the energetic fight until the takedown and then the replay showed nothing landing. Still fun to watch.

Posted by evolutionrules on December 11, 2010 at 12:38 AM

the kid gets the win

Posted by FrankLexy on December 10, 2010 at 01:34 AM

i give it to Cliff the takedown always looks weak cause its never successful, but when a guys had enough he's had enough, id rather see that than hugging

Posted by Hoofharted on December 13, 2010 at 12:53 AM

Clifford is Crazy!

Posted by ocrage on December 12, 2010 at 03:10 AM

clifford looks so mean for his age.

Posted by cotefan92 on December 10, 2010 at 06:52 AM

Good fight, gave it to clifford

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on December 10, 2010 at 02:08 AM

Liking the energy here, just came out swinging. Draw is the fair call i feel.

Posted by topwing on December 10, 2010 at 03:41 AM

Clifford hung in there with a big guy. Not much landed but fun to watch. Draw.

Scrappy as fuck...awesome fight

Posted by TE320 on December 11, 2010 at 12:15 PM

That whole pant leg grabbing shit at the end of fights has go to stop, because the guy who is getting flipped will get hurt. Also if it happens enough times to a guy he's gonna DDT the other guy for his efforts

Posted by claire alexande on December 10, 2010 at 01:37 PM

Slight edge and win to Jackman, although more fury than action here.

Posted by piney on December 14, 2010 at 09:42 AM

easy win for Jackman

Posted by BritishRedWing on December 10, 2010 at 04:06 PM

Decent fight, very slight edge to Jackman.

Posted by chad420 on December 10, 2010 at 10:04 AM

win JackedUp

Posted by Oil Can Henry on December 10, 2010 at 03:57 PM

Jackman was taking charge and Clifford bails - an extra 2 minutes should be added to any guy useing a takedown move to end a fight.

Posted by Big_Goon on December 10, 2010 at 04:07 PM

Draw, but I could see this as a slight edge to Jackman.

Posted by jacketsfights40 on December 10, 2010 at 08:52 PM

Great fight. I chose Jackman.
