Cummins throws a gloved punch at the back of Avery's head. Brennan comes right in and drops the gloves, Cummins turns to face Brennan who is throwing right hands. Cummins never gets a punch off and Brennan tags him with three good right hands, the last one knocks Cummins to a knee, but he gets up quickly as the linesman move in. Cummins looked a bit dazed and had a cut above his left eye. Other Penalties: Brennan received an instigator and misconduct.
Cummer was weaker as he drops down clearly by a punch. A short but nice scrap. TKO-win to K.Brennan.
Brennan ended that fight with a flourish. I can see why a rematch would ensue :)
While Im looking back and catching up on all the fights i missed in past years, I'm realizing that a. Cummins was never that great of a fighter, just a solid one, b. by this final season in his career, his fightin skills had even declined c. he shouldn't have angered Mr. Brennan. Big mistake. Primary assist (Avery)
so brennan was a douche back then too, not just in the khl?
