Got to give a ton of credit to Petrovic. He's come a long way. In past years he would have fought McCarron twice more, and been creamed each time.

Everlast, I mean Petrovic got starched! TKO for McCarron.

Wow who would have thought it....two habs fights and two habs victories... Here Petrovic shoves McCarron into Loungo....of course McCarron doesn't really try to avoid the ensuing collision....then Petrovic makes the ill advised decision to drop the gloves and initiate...and gets bombed out of existence ...easy win for big McCarron who fought a pretty big guy in his own right...not close and I scored it a 5

Jabs landing from both guys, the punch that knocks him down was more of a glancing blow. The fight was a lot closer than the voting might make it seem, but it is a clear win.

Petrovic took exception to knocking a player into his own goalie. McCarron proceeded to pound Petrovic and a possible TKO

Has Petrovic ever won a fight??

Why does this dude still fight?? He's the new Nick Kypreos

Lu's acting job gets Alex Petrovic an ass-kicking. I like this out of this McCarron kid. If McCarron is going to stick consistently he needs to play like a bully. TKO from one of the potential top guys around.

Good job by McCarron, hopefully this will give him a spark to play a little better overall.

MM won't be denied. Petrovic tries to crowd him from behind, lands some jersey jabs, yet still winds up on the wrong end of some MM bombs. Looked like a technical at the end there.

Knock Out! McCarron!

Next time Petrovic might rethink starting a fight you can not finish.

If I'm a Montreal fan that fight gets a 10. McCarron is a good fighter with a solid size to himself. He gets the left jabs going and from there dismantles Petrovic and dominates the rest of the fight with his right.

McCarron takes this for landing more shots, including a couple of decent ones. However, Petrovic manages at least one good punch to keep it much closer than it initially seems.

Petrovic with a good start but those lefts got nothing but helmet and visor, and then McCarron finished it.

lol i can just picture haley foaming at the mouth somwhere. always been a fan of mccarron even though he hasn’t always shown he belongs. he’s been playing with some anger lately in the ahl and now this as a first fight back in the show. knocked his ass out. petrovic should just give it up at this point.

hate visors....if you have a visor take your helmet off and fight....otherwise don't fight

At least the Habs can fight.

Poor decision by coach Boughner not starting Haley. Matheson, Ekblad, and Petrovic should not be fighting. Good way for skill players to get hurt like Luongo and Trocheck. Could be devastating, especially this time of year.

This was a beat down. Two fights and as Edzo mentioned "No Michael Haley in the line up." Think the Habs knew that going in to the game? Dah! They took advantage and ran Luongo and beat up Florida's remaining line up. Habs still lost the game but the need for a tough guy is demonstrated and apparent. Haley and Deslauriers was what we all wanted to see in the first place. Q: Who thought Petrovic won the fight? Maybe first to be put to sleep?
