Hate him or despise him , there is no denying that Kesler takes this one....he actually looks like he holds back on Carter after he tags him....scored this at 4...

Posted by Spazkat on February 25, 2017 at 10:33 PM

One punch dropped him. Looks like a few gave the win to Carter.... wha?

Posted by bigmike53 on February 26, 2017 at 01:18 AM

Kesler lands one right on the button to end this quickly. TKO Kesler.

Posted by Great Murray on February 25, 2017 at 09:40 PM

Who in the world voted for Carter...he got knocked out.

Posted by WV16 on February 26, 2017 at 11:12 AM

Turn up the volume. The arena mics pick up the sound of the punch. Lol.

Posted by bobowen34 on February 25, 2017 at 07:20 PM

One and done. Lots of talking by Carter afterwards. Maybe he was begging for mercy.

Posted by von_swine on February 26, 2017 at 01:43 AM

like anyone thought Jeffy was gonna have a chance here... Kesler folds him up quickly ala 'Max Domi' style..lol #17 FTW

Posted by RespectDaStache on February 25, 2017 at 06:09 PM

Talk shit get hit....or knocked out

Posted by mrunohoo on February 26, 2017 at 02:03 AM

So Kesler one-punched Carter, and Domi one-punched Kesler, by deduction Domi vs. Carter would not be close. (That's math, folks)

Posted by Willywagtail on February 25, 2017 at 09:36 PM

More a hugest than anything, but Kesler's punch was excellent

Posted by cackle on February 27, 2017 at 01:36 PM

2.9 Carter????

Posted by BooSanta on February 28, 2017 at 06:17 PM

The still in the video is all you need to see as absolutely nothing else happened. Not sure why these two tangled, but like to see if Kesler has any other tricks up his sleeve. Well, Max Domi will tell you no he doesn't.

Who voted for Carter? Why because is chin is made of steel?

Posted by jimama on February 26, 2017 at 08:51 AM

HigherThanEver17 oops I mean Flyers4Ever17 must like that girl with the arthritis issue.

Short ...but to the point .......of Carter's jaw !

Posted by Jesticle on February 26, 2017 at 12:44 PM

After Domi knocked Kesler senseless awhile back, the flying pew gets a great stunner in on Jolted Joe Carter. Win for the infamous nose.

Posted by DucksNation on February 26, 2017 at 01:11 PM

Keeeeeesler. The hard nosed player everybody loves to hate delivers the boom to old boy Carter. That should be the last time Carter drops the gloves in quite some time. It was a quick and joyous rendezvous for a full feathered fowl fan.

Posted by SOCALFAN on February 26, 2017 at 12:51 PM

I could watch that over and over and over and over. Right on the button.

Posted by spiderlakeDave on March 01, 2017 at 07:20 PM

1 short right hand by Kesler and that was it. Carter bounced back up quickly, but the damage was done. Kesler kept his head up and looked better than he did against Domi.

Posted by ducksblueline on February 28, 2017 at 04:29 PM

one and done!!! that punch was a beauty...way to go kes!!!

Posted by Americanfighter on February 25, 2017 at 08:12 PM

lol at all the Anti-Kesler haters, "punch wasn't that hard" "Kesler fights a non fighter" etc..... Kessler pops Carter back into another dimension with that viscous right hand.

Posted by Jim02351 on February 26, 2017 at 06:13 AM

One and done

Posted by abadjoke88 on February 28, 2017 at 04:34 PM

not much in it, good to see Carter fold like a deck chair on the titanic.

Posted by rocky 1 on February 26, 2017 at 04:38 PM

One punch TKO for Kesler here!

Posted by yahrite on February 28, 2017 at 06:12 PM

boom

Posted by LicoriceBiscuit on February 28, 2017 at 05:33 PM

Yes the non fighter was out on his feet. Give the fight to...hold on, I threw up a little in my mouth... kesler. Props to both guys; Carter didn't run away so he didn't have to fight another day, and after the shot didn't crumple to the ice, but remained on his wobbly feet. Kesler (IMHO) showed...even tho it pains me to say, showed some class by not throwing anymore punches at a defenseless opponent. Perhaps, he knew how Carter felt.

Posted by Sasky001 on February 26, 2017 at 11:56 AM

"Kes" shocks himself with a win against a non-fighter.

Posted by mathot on February 26, 2017 at 01:17 AM

Flyers4ever17 had to say good night as his inflatable date wet the bed.

Posted by willdog37 on February 28, 2017 at 08:38 PM

Crap fight. Kesler landed one good punch and that was it

Posted by slapshotmcg on February 25, 2017 at 08:25 PM

This was a 3. TKO by Kesler but not much of a fight. One shot, hit the button and done. I don't know how people are rating this at over a 6.

Posted by EK65 on February 27, 2017 at 12:38 PM

That's a pretty solid punch. Carter cover up!

Posted by Bloodbank on February 25, 2017 at 07:57 PM

On the 40th anniversary of Slapshot, Kesler with some foil in his purse, KOs Carter.

Posted by travist on February 28, 2017 at 12:59 PM

fuck the "fake" hockey team in anaheim, but that was a nice shot by kesler.

Posted by DARCY T on March 20, 2017 at 01:45 PM

i never realized that carter is 6'4.this was his only 3rd fight in his nhl career and 1st since 2010-11.and kesler's 1st since max domi dropped him.he probably learnt something from him so that was a nice come back by kesler haha

Posted by demonhead6 on February 26, 2017 at 01:36 PM

Like the Pat Travers song goes, boom-boom-out-go-the-lights. Credit to Carter for getting back up though.

Posted by jonahbuxton on February 26, 2017 at 10:30 PM

is this a tru TKO? He's on his feet..."unable to defend himself" perhaps?

Posted by snowave on February 27, 2017 at 02:30 PM

Carter railed Kesler into the boards just before this happened, so that's why Kes went after Carter. Anyway, it wasn't much of a fight overall.. but I gave it a 5, due to the fact it was a fight where at least a good punch was thrown (and landed).

Posted by Zavesa on February 28, 2017 at 01:47 PM

Win Carter. Just because its Kesler :P

Posted by Humper on February 25, 2017 at 08:08 PM

Well that didn't take long (and no "that's what she said" comments, please). Was that a fist or a slap?

Posted by tpr1960 on February 26, 2017 at 04:16 PM

I picked a fight with Jeff Carter, for that I give Kesler the loss, Jeff Carter 2 Cups, 2 Gold medals, Ryan Kesler, 0 and 0. KIngs won, so what did he accomplish ?? I remember a couple years ago big mouth ZKesler avoided Josh Gratton, until Gratton challenged him and Miss Ryan went to turtling, he is a spot picker, and has almoast no respect in the league.

Posted by sedinfan on February 25, 2017 at 07:06 PM

Kesler wins his first fight ever against someone that doesn't fight. Last fight 6 years ago.

Posted by devilsadvocate on February 26, 2017 at 01:39 AM

As much I hate to do it, gotta give Kesler the W. That punch really wasn't that hard, but Carter is a big softie. Must be embarrassing getting one-punched by Kesler. At this point, I'm not sure whom I feel more sorry for...Carter, or Flyers4Ever17's toilet. lol Yeah, that's right, Americanfighter, your boy usually waves a purse.
