i didnt excpect what i saw.neither of them 2 is very good fighter but watson got huge size advantage, about 6 inches and he did well agains guys like andreoff and mcled. he sits brown with reversed hit and brown didn like it.he landed some good shots in this fight good enough to earn him at least a draw...gave it a 5

The headline will read...Austin fights a mini Good spirited scrap it was really close Brown landed more Watson better.... Scored it at 5 and went with a draw

Close fight. Love the energy and Brown is a gamer.

2013-14: 6 PIM in 63 games. Since then: 139 PIM in 164 games. Quite the evolution of JT Brown, no? If he keeps fighting the way he has this season, he should leave it for guys like Paquette and go back to being the gentleman he once was.

We didnt get to see the great throws Brown landed before camera got close ups, just because brown went down doesnt mean he lost. Draw.

Close tilt, edge Watson

Brown lined Watson up and then ate his shoulder and got parked on his ass. Brown holds his own in the fight but still gets the loss and the Bolts get shellacked as well.

Not too exciting but give the edge to Watson. 5.

Scrappy J.T Brown takes on DIY tough guy Austin Watson as Watson is slowly showing that he might have a future in the "I fight a lot just not a lot of good fighters" weight class.

Brown is a tough little guy. Watson lands better and gets the nod IMO.

Austin is a tough kid. Seems like JT got the jump on him but Austin hits hard. JT found that out in the second half of the bout

Hard to see what connected with the camera angles so I gave it a draw!

Bold sissy will turn this into a sad time in his life where someone from boston spilled beer on his brand new pacifier and called him a bad word. Break out the violin boys!!!!!!

Close. Edge to Watson but I would be ok calling it a draw.

I'm not sure why so many voted for Watson or such a high rating. Looked like an even draw and maybe a 3. This is hockey fights, not hockey wrestling, guys don't get points for pulling a player down or for landing a punch on a downed player. Draw and 3

JT Brown is really growing on me Little guy is a gamer! He always seems willing to throw punches, which is rare today Takes on the much bigger and tough Watson here After being absolutely reefed, nonetheless They both land a few good ones No one did enough for the win Good job, fellas

one of the better fights this season Watson landed the better shots

Posted by mikebflorida on January 06, 2017 at 10:49 AM

Not sure how Watson has any win votes, if you actually watch the fight and the slow mo, he doesn't land a single punch while Brown lands 3 against a much larger guy. Watson got him down due to sheer size but that doesn't equate to a win, good grief. Normally I'd just say draw and move on but win votes for Watson are absurd.

Watson just too much for Brown.
