All Brown regarding punching. All Campbell regarding hugging. You choose.

Brown lands a couple punches in close to take this scrap. Campbell has a ton of heart but he was hanging on for dear life.

Campbell won one, against Craig Adams. Oh right, but so did my 15-year old niece. He actually had a nice one with McLeod while still with the Bs, making him 2 - 698 career to date

BigMike nails it as always as "O-for" continues his streak

This is what fighting has become in the NHL. Sad...

Posted by burnsy9 on November 04, 2015 at 12:07 PM

After the split, Soup goes in for the takedown but is only on the receiving end.

Posted by mikebflorida on November 06, 2015 at 09:29 AM

Well gee, who couldn't have predicted that sh1t? Hey Soup, just stop fighting FFS. That god dam yogurt commercial is annoying as hell too.

Campbell or is it dumbbell .....either way Congratulations Mike on winning the George Parros moustache award, let me give you a much deserved congratulatory hug. What I don't understand is why these linesmen didn't jump in and break this one up....They sure as he'll wreck the good ones...... For the record....on Feb 09 2011 the mighty and brave Gregory Cambell actually won a fight he beat up that noted habs goon the evil and dastardly Tom Pyatt.......It should be noted here that Pyatt has been circulating the NHL and beating all comers since....however on that historic date he met his match with the Punisher also known as the soup.

How Campbell is still employed in the NHL is a mystery, clearly it is not for his ability to strike fear and intimidation in the opponent. Brown, solid as usual and willing to throw , gets the W.

Posted by Big Daddy D on November 05, 2015 at 06:00 PM

only seemed like one guy was really interested in fighting here and it wasn't hard to tell which one.

Posted by Great Murray on November 07, 2015 at 08:25 AM

Brown landed all the punches...give him a 5 and the win. Campbell must not have wanted this one. Usually he puts on a decent show while losing most of his fights. Not this time...he was looking to lock-up and hold on from the bell. 2 and loser title. Easy to tell that Soupy is no longer a Bruin...if he were he could be dead but he would have still got the win 80/20.

Brownie's turned from a thrower to a hugger. He used to just stand in there and trade punches. Not any more it seems. Too bad.

I love to watch Brown get down, one of the best fighters in the league every year. He never comes looking for a hug, he beats ass, even when he loses...

Posted by indiggo on November 09, 2015 at 04:45 PM

Hug fest, no winner at all.

Posted by jerry s on November 10, 2015 at 05:52 AM

has Campbell ever actually won a fight ??

Posted by English_Bruin on November 04, 2015 at 01:32 PM

Browns moustache continues to dominate his fights. Felt sorry for Soups then, he made an ass of himself and he knew it

Posted by woolly mammoth on November 04, 2015 at 01:19 AM

It seems like Campbell's Soup has been extensively training in the deadly art of hugging his adversary, and who can blame him?

Posted by rocky 1 on November 07, 2015 at 02:21 PM

Win Brown but Campbell did survive!

Posted by King of Goons on November 14, 2015 at 10:08 PM

Nice job by Campbell of staying alive. Easy win for Brown, but a moral victory for Campbell to still be breathing.

Posted by xtraread on November 06, 2015 at 07:40 PM

smaller guy all the time if its close

Posted by hockeyrules999 on November 06, 2015 at 11:17 PM

It is sad to know that Tortorella wanted Weise to be a Brown or a Campbell....This is what he saw in him. Somebody hired him! AGAIN!

Posted by kkdowning on November 04, 2015 at 01:16 PM

Smart move by Brown if he wanted to get the crowd into it -- he picked a guy who is always willing (but never winning)

Posted by grrbronco81 on November 05, 2015 at 01:04 PM

Brown threw a few of them but more accurately a Hugfest

Delete my comment again and I'll never come back! Never!!!! Good day, sir!

Posted by DARCY T on November 28, 2015 at 07:54 AM

campbell is always a game.he knew he is outmatched more than usually) and tried to stay close that's why brown's right didnt do more damage after he landed a couple brown-quick lefts early.campbell probably didnt throw a punch

Posted by ghjkfdhgfd on November 08, 2015 at 10:41 PM

huggy

Posted by mudman55 on November 06, 2015 at 01:07 PM

If "heart" were something you could use to hit another guy with, Campbell would never lose. But it's not, so he never wins.

Posted by EK65 on November 05, 2015 at 02:19 PM

Campbell bites off a little more than he can chew All Brownie

Posted by moneybags on November 04, 2015 at 08:06 PM

campell was more interested in hugging him...he still sucks

Posted by thevelvetfog1 on November 04, 2015 at 01:14 AM

Has Gregory Campbell ever won a fight? Serious question. I appreciate that he has volunteered to be the league punching bag, but his fights are more pathetic than entertaining.

Posted by Joe Rock on November 04, 2015 at 01:19 AM

Campbell is an embarrassment to hockey fighting. Brown with the W in a boring scrap. Scoring it a 3 at best.

Posted by doobi1 on November 04, 2015 at 01:10 PM

OMG! Campbell landed one. Trouble is, he took 10. WIN to Brown and a sixer. Just hope I donj't have to keep watching the Hunger dude ad. That my friends, is one ugly child.

Posted by von_swine on November 04, 2015 at 12:09 AM

what on earth were the benches 'cheering' for?... because other than putting on a clinic for wrinkling clothes, that SUCKED... D-raw..

Posted by Buddy507 on November 04, 2015 at 03:58 AM

Campbell hugged the crap out of him

Posted by Yogurtmansucks on November 04, 2015 at 04:07 AM

No yoplait commercial? Score! I think Campbell wanted to congratulate Brown for fighting for team and logo by giving him a hug
