I like the fucktards in here whining about Devane. Tropp slashed, shoved and dropped the gloves first, also throwing the first punch!! What's Devane supposed to do, "thank you sir, may I have another!!" Idiots, and Scott is useless and will have his lunch fed to him!!

Posted by Gawd on September 23, 2013 at 10:02 AM

Let's all stop with the bullshit,Tropp wanted to go and was holding his own until he got popped. So basically Scott was upset that his team mate lost the fight ,not that he was fighting. So now we are going to have the star players on teams having to defend themselves against goons or being jumped ? Scott started all this and the coach should face a fine .No defence for clarkson ,left the bench, honorable yes but stupid

Scott, Cody mac and Bagnall all tried to fight this guy the whole night and he ignored them, then fights tropp whose 5 inches smaller than him, thats why Scott was pissed.

Looks to me they both jaw and both go at the same time. Tropp should have brought a ladder and he probably would have won it. Win devane but if hes not careful Tropp wins the next one even with the height and weight disadvantage.

Tropp picked the wrong guy to fight and paid for it

Posted by hughtrain on September 24, 2013 at 11:49 AM

The risk you take when you fight.....Tropp wanted to go, probably will think better of it next time.

Hard ice will KO you every time. That or a flush hook from a guy 6 inches taller and 50 lbs heavier. Note to Tropp - keep the gloves on next time eh

How does Tropp even get any "Win" votes after eating so many fistwiches and getting KO'd? LOL homers.

devane was on the losing end until he landed with that left...tko win devane

Scott would kill anyone on the Leafs. Maybe Orr should suit up and drop the gloves. Who throws body blows in a hockey fight oh that's right Orr. Kessel should get 20 games. I hope he gets banned from playing in the states. Trying to break someone's ankles with slashes is brutal. What a chicken s hit.

oh boy

It looked to me like Tropp started it and even threw the first punch. Sickening to see anyone hit his head on the ice.

Ouch! Devane caught him with a peach

Posted by koolpunch on September 22, 2013 at 11:24 PM

Tropp bites off more than he can chew...5 knuckle filet...

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on October 02, 2013 at 11:39 PM

Devane mashed Tropp!! That's what should happen when a bigger guy fights a little fella. Just drop him and be done with it.

Posted by kkdowning on September 24, 2013 at 09:05 AM

So, it looked like Tropp was willing to go and he held his own until he ate a right (and then hit his head on the ice). Not sure if Devane was running around or mouthing off leading up to this, but clearly both guys wanted to go

Posted by Kordic64 on September 23, 2013 at 01:38 AM

Dropped by Devane, KO'ed by the Ice. @ rocky1 - "loses his balance"? Um..........Oooooo-Kay!!!!!

Posted by Panchosraider on September 23, 2013 at 12:19 AM

They were both in there until the two lefts by Devane! That was all she wrote for Tropp.

Posted by staceyb on September 23, 2013 at 05:14 AM

Tropp totally out of his league pays the price.

Had Tropp seeing stars haha!

Posted by GreatMurray on September 23, 2013 at 09:16 AM

That kid has gotta watch who he grabs!

Posted by srehm1 on September 23, 2013 at 05:51 PM

Looked like a nice little left dropped Tropp who then hit his head on the ice. KO win for Devane.

Posted by 87CROSBY87 on September 23, 2013 at 05:01 PM

What was Tropp thinking? He looked as bad vs Devane; as gorges did trying to fight McLaren. There was no way anyone in blue was going to let that GOON Scott get near Kessel. Props to Kessel; too bad he didn't achieve his desired goal. Someone ask Tropp if 'no one really gets hurt in a hockey fight' Too bad that it couldn't of been pk soupcan or VAGeretty. Oh well...

A lot of Leaf-Queefs drinking the Kool-Aid.

Posted by jnk07899 on September 23, 2013 at 02:58 PM

Tropp wins this. I know it doesn't seem it. But he hit his head on the way down, not from any sort of knockout punch. The undersized Tropp wins this one in good fashion. Also, for the uneducated Toronto announcer, Tropp is undefeated in every fight he's been in with the league. Idiots.

Posted by weimguy136 on September 23, 2013 at 02:54 AM

Anybody who knows hockey knows he didn't slip. So put ur PHD away. Devane did drive an already out on his feet ,Tropps head into the ice with his forearm. Be proud Leafs fans. Kessel forever swinging the lumber around. Do you think Kessel will get time for skating from the blueline and spearing Scott afterwards? BRAVE, Scott should get him away from the play so he can beat his ass just for the spear.Maybe next meeting.

Posted by rocky 1 on September 23, 2013 at 12:07 AM

Close fight till the kid Troop loses his balance and Devane lands on him and he hits his head on the ice knocking him out.Edge Devane!

Posted by datafortress on September 23, 2013 at 02:59 AM

Tropp gets KO'ed without even landing a punch. 100% domination by Devane.

Posted by PoundLucic on September 23, 2013 at 08:02 AM

Congrats Devane. That's the equivelant of the 6th grader beating up the 3rd grader in elementary school. Tropp gave it a decent effort but was completely overmatched - a middleweight vs a heavyweight. I don't wanna hear any whining from Leafs fans about Scott going after little Philly after this either.

Close until the end.
