The beard vs the Mo, and the Mo got angry, win George!

Posted by SouthPaw017 on April 02, 2013 at 11:25 PM

"Long Road to Ruin" Parros goes ballistic on the smaller Czech after a nice hit... Have to love Parros' rage, as he pounds on any part of Gudas that he can get, and even manages a few after the refs come in.... Best part about it was Promqueen simply watching....

Posted by DARCY T on April 14, 2013 at 12:58 PM

linesmen saved gudas from beating but i like how gudas didnt give a shiit and tried to send parros onto his bench.he had to pay for it though...gave it a 5

Posted by fernben8 on April 02, 2013 at 11:31 PM

I consider Parros as a clean and one of the more respectful fighters in the NHL...(as long as you don't abuse your privelege with him). I felt Gudas laid that one extra hit on Parros and don't blame George for sending his message.

Posted by billy jack on April 02, 2013 at 10:42 PM

gudas is lucky he wears a visor the size of my windshield or he would be drinking from a straw quite possibly.

Posted by sedinfan on April 02, 2013 at 10:28 PM

I guess George can't take a clean hit from a 5' 11", 195 pound czech. What a wimp, Gudas never had a chance to protect himself. George is usually a stand up guy but that was a joke, he is near the end of his career i guess and getting desperate.

Posted by Kordic64 on April 02, 2013 at 10:04 PM

Gudas should not have tried to slam Parros into the boards with that second push. Mess with the bull you may get his horns.

Posted by kkdowning on April 03, 2013 at 09:24 AM

Parros didn't like the last push (may be some backstory) and beat on Gudas. The refs must not like Gudas, because he got 5 for fighting, his gloves never came off, he never threw a punch and he was praying for divine intervention

Posted by chad420 on April 03, 2013 at 09:34 AM

win Ron Jeremy

Posted by rocky 1 on April 03, 2013 at 01:44 AM

When i looked at the scoring of this so called fight i realized that at least 13 percent of those voting where blind!Win big George! P.S. If you are going to take on one of the best fighters in the league you better be able to take the horns!

Posted by GreatMurray on April 04, 2013 at 07:51 AM

Great hits....funny as hell to watch Parros get shoved around. He won the fight only because Gudas didn't fight at all. Parros landed no punches but he did take the better player off the ice.

Posted by pk8692 on April 03, 2013 at 12:17 AM

cool to see Parros get actually really pissed for once

Posted by DICKJOHNSON on April 03, 2013 at 07:56 AM

I don't think the first hit ired Parros but the follow up hit when Parros was vulnerable did and if Gudas wants to take that second shot at a defenseless player he deserves exactly what he got a good old fashioned beatdown. BTW Parros didn't have the puck on the second hit as he was on the ice and getting up. Win the STACHE

Posted by SharkTank19 on April 08, 2013 at 02:12 PM

I can see why Parros thought that was a fight. Gudas didn't have his stick and Parros had just been hit (cleanly).

Posted by Tysenus on April 03, 2013 at 10:22 PM

My rare 2 bits. Tired of reading about how people don't like a fight after a clean hit. Last time I checked it was a hockey fights website, if you don't want to see a fight move on. If a player is going to run around taking liberties with you or your other players then as a man not lacking in testicular fortitude, send a message! I like hits and I like fights, put them together and just listen to some people cry about it. Plus maybe he is just in a bad mood and was looking for a reason to beat on someone, lord knows we all have those days.

Posted by riffraff on April 03, 2013 at 01:52 AM

anyone that doesnt think George was in his rights is a clueless idiot.

Posted by hughcares on April 02, 2013 at 10:30 PM

Gudas must have known what was coming - first hit was fine but if your going to follow it up and try and drive Parros over the boards you better be ready to drop the gloves. Good job by Parros did exactly what he should have done. I'm sure BJ standing there watching was happy it wasn't him that had to tangle with Parros - another beating spared.

Posted by ghjkfdhgfd on October 25, 2014 at 04:32 PM

parros

Posted by Orr Fourever on April 03, 2013 at 08:50 AM

Win Paros.

Posted by sieurs on April 03, 2013 at 06:42 PM

Parros était fru... la mise en échec était légal !! Gudas ne voulait rien savoir de Parros avec raison !!

Posted by BleedDevilsRed on April 03, 2013 at 04:10 AM

Stache responds to a hit, which almost put him into the bench. Just starts swingin' away and sneaks a few in after the refs try to break it up. Clear win Stache.

Posted by Teabags on April 03, 2013 at 05:32 AM

Parros is one of my favourite enforcers and I only think he did did it cos of the follow through hit into the bench. He didn't seem too phased by the first hit. Definite win to Parros.

Posted by Jordybats99 on December 20, 2016 at 03:25 PM

Win Parros.

Posted by kryon24 on April 03, 2013 at 10:05 AM

Stache tunes up Goulash with an easy drubbing. Did you see how close Staches skates came to Goulash's head? I also like BJ standing there thanking his lucky stars that he was not taking the beating this time around. Win for Stache in a lopsided beating.

Posted by Sasky001 on April 05, 2013 at 08:42 PM

Don't poke the bear.

Posted by rowbearprobear on April 02, 2013 at 10:44 PM

Wow! Totally shocked all the negative response to stache. Gudas had stache in a vulnerable spot and tried to take full advantage. Like Kordic 64 said, Mess with the bull, get the horns. Sendinfan - usually agree with your commentary, but you're wrong here. Parros was COMPLETELY within his right to take out the trash

Posted by TheHunn on April 08, 2013 at 08:03 PM

I have no love for either combatant, but I expected more of Parros. When you're that big and bad, you should be able to take a hit. Gudas finished his check while the puck was still nearby. If George took exception, he should have challenged him, not just jumped the guy. Throwing after the linesmen were in was another bad move. George was lucky he didn't get anything extra from the refs. Gudas had to be pretty ticked at the refs since he didn't drop his gloves or take a swing but still got five. George has seen better days. However, the winner of this assault, er...fight, was Big George.

Posted by montrealSUCKS on April 02, 2013 at 10:06 PM

Gudas looks cute in that visor, f*cking quee. Win for Parros.

Posted by AC1026 on April 03, 2013 at 06:37 AM

Tom Selleck was very angry....He gets the W

Posted by cible on April 03, 2013 at 04:54 PM

Gudas give Parros an extra hit for no reason, props to Parros for teaching that psss a lesson. Don't play that way if you can't drop them!!!!!

Posted by endor on April 04, 2013 at 10:02 PM

Big George put a little red ass on Gudass. Radko gets his ass kicked after a cheap hit. Way to go George!!

Posted by T Tolbert on April 03, 2013 at 01:26 AM

Parros did the right thing. Back in the first period he was called for a cross-check on Gudas who chirped at Parros but refused to fight him. Now he decides to step up and knock big George down then follow up his check on a defenseless Parros who was trying to get to his feet? Gudas' has over 200 PM's in the AHL. Don't expect to try to retaliate for an earlier hit and not have to drop the gloves. Win Parros!

Posted by kimo_coyote on April 02, 2013 at 11:01 PM

Radko needs to buy lunch for the linesmen for breaking that one up. His cheap shot piling on George was asking for a coma.

Posted by Otto_maddux on April 02, 2013 at 10:27 PM

That is what we call domination. Should've never tried that mess with big George. I've seen him fight before but I have never seen him this mad. The refs saved Gudas life here.

Posted by samthegeneral on April 03, 2013 at 09:18 PM

That's a good fight but Parros is too strong for Gudas.

Posted by iAMyourgrandma on April 09, 2013 at 01:53 PM

Must have been cold in Tampa that night, poor Radko was afraid his fingers would get frostbitten.

Posted by shawnrocks on April 02, 2013 at 10:42 PM

i love parros's intensity

Posted by sunking1 on April 03, 2013 at 07:14 PM

Gudas shouldnt have recived a fighting major. If you noticed pepole Gudas never dropped his gloves. Parros is a wussy no taking a hit from Gudas. NHL shouldnt have call Gudas a fighting major. roughing for Gudas

Posted by DiDonna on April 02, 2013 at 10:21 PM

Gudas shouldn't have messed with big George Parros. Sorry, young man. Also, take that visor off, you woman. Easy win for Parros. ALSO! Referees should not have gotten involved so early. Agree with Parros' decision to swing around the refs.

Posted by carkner397 on April 24, 2013 at 07:45 PM

Parros u r officialy a faggot

Posted by slavv on April 04, 2013 at 10:06 PM

But ref, why do I get a penalty? Not only did I get my ass handed to me, but I didn't I even drop my mitts....

Posted by KO22 on April 03, 2013 at 08:46 AM

Weaksauce move from Parros who I would definitely expect more from. While I do think that Gudas is a weasel and he'll frequently incite these types of responses, I would expect Parros to be more collected.

Posted by 777Big on April 02, 2013 at 09:47 PM

Fresh from the AHL, cheeseman more than holds his own against the larger but ineffective Harry Reems.

Posted by cory411 on April 03, 2013 at 01:23 AM

Gudas with the TKO.. Parros just made me hate the tool.. Can't take a hit and starts punching a guy who has his gloves on the whole time...I can't wait for Parros when he runs into Ottawa and Kassian gets a hold of this goof.. Then we all can see Parros for who he is... A total joke on skates

Posted by woolly mammoth on April 03, 2013 at 01:31 AM

Parros was embarrassed.

Posted by Thibsti86 on April 03, 2013 at 03:29 PM

Crap fight. Bad move by Parros.

Posted by Braul on April 10, 2013 at 02:35 PM

gudas eats cheeseballs

Posted by center27 on April 03, 2013 at 08:03 AM

It takes two and there was only one.

Posted by anteve on April 03, 2013 at 11:10 AM

Parros can only win definitively when he fights someone half his size. He was exciting to watch oncce but as he bounces from team to team and the dollar amount he demands goes down so has my interest in his "skills"

Posted by boldbilly on April 03, 2013 at 07:37 AM

Parros doing a perfect Bruin imitation here....receiving a clean check by a smaller guy and jumping them and pummelling before they know what's happened.little bammer24 probably got some wood over this down in his parents basement.........hey bammer start the parade.......bruins picked up jagr ....they really tried for Parros but like Iginla he decided to pass . He (Parros) said that the role of spineless smaller guy jumper was already filled by.......CHARA. LUCIC THORNTON MCQUAID and the rest of the supporting staff. Oh yeah forgot to say win Parros or as a Bammer would put it " the future hall of famer Parros ". As your hero Jack Edwards would say keep fighting the good fight. Lol

Posted by Waawe on April 05, 2013 at 01:58 PM

First time I see George throwing without dancing :-D He seems to need a smaller partner to throw bombs ;-)

Posted by bolton510 on April 08, 2013 at 08:16 PM

Gudas was trying to hide . . .

Posted by thebigbea55 on April 03, 2013 at 01:54 AM

nice hit but a bit dangerous especially near the bench... don't blame parros getting piss like that... he is always a clean and respectful fighter...

Posted by blackngold on April 04, 2013 at 03:13 PM

What in God's name was Radko Gudas doing here? Drop the pillows next time you fool.

Posted by Oil Can Henry on April 02, 2013 at 10:17 PM

...Radko definitely wanted George's attention,......but, had no-answer once he got it,.......

Posted by Raoul Duke 708 on April 03, 2013 at 12:32 AM

Chalk one up for the stache.

Posted by Toughguy83 on April 03, 2013 at 01:47 AM

He should of had his gloves off before he hit him

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on April 03, 2013 at 11:34 PM

Love that play all the way around. Gudas tried to check Parros into the bench, really let the big guy have it, then Parros whooped his a$$!!! Cudos to both.

Posted by 5minmajor420 on April 03, 2013 at 04:01 PM

I really don't call this a fight, a fight requires two participants. George Parros just went ballistic and the linesmen wanted no part of him. Crap officiating that a guy gets a fighting major when his gloves stay on and he is not throwing punches...at worst a 2 min roughing penalty. I totally agree with KKDowning on that one lol. Gudas looked like he was about to cry in the penalty box lol.

Posted by BruinsAllDaySon on April 03, 2013 at 07:39 AM

Not a fight - Gudas had his gloves on the whole time and didn't throw a single punch? Would have preferred to see Parros get in to a shoving match here with this non-fighter which would have been more effective - this made Gudas think he's tougher than he is - he was talking shit all the way to the box. I forgive Parros though I really like him and still think he's a classy guy. With great mustache comes great responsibility.

Posted by the_bro on April 07, 2013 at 09:13 PM

You gotta drop those mitts...

Posted by herewego on April 02, 2013 at 09:58 PM

Parros ought to be ashamed of himself! That was an absolute embarrassment! Shameful and classless. I give the fight a 1 only because I couldn't post this without rating it. Desperate to keep his job in the NHL requires desperate measures I guess!

Posted by bammer24 on April 03, 2013 at 11:46 AM

Looks like big George was trying to defend his ego and letting his IQ drop to the level of an idiot (Boldbilly) and turn into nothing but a cheapshot artist.Surprised he didn`t wait and go at the same time.Douche Award of the Year. With a stain to boot. Good to hear from the King of" One who Means Nothing" points out all of the things that hurt him so badly.Mostly the Truth who doesn`t realize everybody wishes you were gone. That the Bruins keep crushing you.Your still taking it up the butt from custombreaks and a few others.Your 2 year old jokes and me living in my Mothers basement.Oh! Stop your killing me. Are you really that stupid I feel like I`m arguing with some one in a coma Your just plain Brain Dead. Here is a idea for you get some rope go to your back yard find a big tree throw the rope on a limb are you getting the big picture. Then picture me watching with a new puppy. As you swing back n' forth singing "Rock a bye Baby".

Posted by Behn Wilson on April 02, 2013 at 10:46 PM

Magnum's balance issues kick in before the fight even begins As Parros gets embarrassed by an awkward hit and proceeds to skate-face-wash and pound on Radiator... the incresingly impressive Czech hitting machine

Posted by bigdog2007 on April 02, 2013 at 09:26 PM

What a turdweasel Parros is. Can't take a check, gets embarrassed by a rookie, then keeps throwing after the linesmen move in. Who does he think he is? A Leaf? Good thing Burke is gone, he would have sent a first rounder to Fla for him.

Posted by slshbleed on April 03, 2013 at 01:05 AM

30 is the new 20. Radko is the new Ulf.

Posted by Jointman on April 03, 2013 at 04:31 AM

Gudas is a same bitch as his father used to be. he is a joke. :) why the czech want to fight ? they are just big P.U.S....ies. all of them
