Actually it was Wade Belak who started the jersey jab, not Cam Janssen. Get it right homer announcers! Now that Wade's dead they think they can steal his style? Draw
WTF ? That looked more like a wrestling match. Hardly any shots landed. Draw.
Fail on the attempted hit... not to mention, most of the attempted fight... and, despite a decent effort by both guys, things just never really got going.
like a game of chess.simmonds got reach advantage but jackman nicely ducked 99% of simmonds's punches..draw and 4
ehh nothing special. simmonds just completely botched the hit lol. but i think he landed the best punch. still a draw, neither are that good of fighters.
gave this fight a draw.
Simmonds second fight as a Flyer is about equal.
draw, they both snuck in a few stingers.not bad
Your regular philly trash getting taken out. No real winner hear, but Simmonds could learn how to hit.
Close fight with a Draw!
Draw. Simmonds will hurt you if he unleashes one.
draw not bad
Oba ranari rozdali zhruba stejnou varku ran, ukoncili to rozhodci, takze remiza, to ze se Simmonds popasoval s tezsi vahou jakou je Jackman jen ukazuje ze v bitkach se vyzna.
Close, no one wanted to get hit. Defensive struggle.
Hey Jackman quit ducking.
Simmonds wins. Barret "Punching Bad" Jackboy looking not to get hit, talks but cannot back up his words. Another loser on a team going nowhere...
It started out like a high school - slow dance. I feel Jackman was better off staying in close to Simmonds, Once they both extended their arms, it became advantage Simmonds, It was just a matter of time... Win Simmonds by the last 2 punches.
Simmonds' arms are quite long.
Slight edge to Simmonds for landing a couple solid hits in this long fight.
Slight edge to Simmonds
Pretty even, but I give the edge to Simmonds.
Didn't look that damaging. Must have caught him near the eye or something or maybe it was fatigue and bad positioning because Jackman definitely bailed out there. Up till then was a tactical defensive battle with a couple landed each.
Simmonds trying to give his comatose Flyers teammates a boost at the end of a rather lackluster second period. The Flyers are probably skating death drills in a darkened arena this morning as I type this.
Ok fight.Edge to Wayne Simmonds.
The Tape Worm of Death landed the best punches.
Jackman tried everything to overcome the reach, but couldn't. Edge Simmonds.
pretty lame fight here, i expected better, escpecially from simmonds but the guy has no left, he misses consistently with it and was never able to get his right going, it seemed it was open at one point and he elected to just grab jackman, weird fight, simmonds was asking jackman to fight all game and finally they do and simmonds was holding on more than anything draw, 4
Fight never really got going other than a few jersey jabs...I absolutely loathe Simmonds!! Love to see him go with Shawn Thornton!! Draw here
Draw. Not as good as it could/should have been.
these guys must have been gassed...no snap to the punches, to much rub and tug...these guys must be getting tips from Konopka...draw
Long, uneventful fight.
I give that one to Jackman since he is not a regular fighter and he was active throughout. Note to the announcer: the "jersey jab" might have been made famous by Cam Janssen in St. Louis. but it was created in modern era by Jody Shelley. Once he started doing it, they all filed in.
I have to give a slight edge to Simmonds. What was the announcer talking about a jab from Jackman when Simmonds landed a (glancing) right?
The last punch to that runt Jackoff gves Simmons the win. Jack off mostly held on for dear life.
