Right off of the faceoff, the two drop the gloves and square off just inside of the blueline. They grab ahold of each other and Tootoo throws a few jersey-jabs with Bieska responding in the form of three rights to the top of Tootoo's head. Tootoo throws a right that just misses and the force of the blow sends the two falling to the ice. Both stand up and try to continue the fight, but the linesmen are right there to break things up.

Burrows starts shoving Stephane Robidas in front of the Dallas net, eventually getting him bent over while the linesmen are trying to separate the two. Barnaby skates over and gets the sticks up with Burrows, yapping in his face. The linesmen try to break things up, but the two drop their gloves, remove their helmets, and skate out towards the blue line where they square off. Barnaby grabs ahold of Burrows and throws a long right while the two are spinning around. Burrows loses his balance and falls to the ice, throwing a right while he is going down. Burrows returns to his feet and throws six rights to the back of Barnaby's head. They grapple and exchange punches to the back and side of each other's head for an extended period of time. They finally open up and Barnaby throws a right while Burrows is going down to a knee. The linesmen quickly intervene and the fight is ended. Other Penalties: Each player received a roughing.

Clark slams Bieksa hard into the boards and Bieksa takes exception, shoving Clark from behind. Clark crosschecks Bieksa in the stomach and the two quickly drop the gloves. Clark throws a right and Bieksa answers with three quick rights to the side of Clark's head. The two throw locked-out rights to the back of each other's head and Bieska takes Clark's helmet off. Bieksa throws an uppercut just before the two fall to the ice. The linesmen come in and end the fight shortly after.

Behind the play the two drop the gloves and square off at center ice. They grab ahold of each other and McIver throws an early right. Moen answers back with two jersey-jabs and they go back and forth with quick, wild rights. Moen throws two rights and McIver goes down to a knee only to quickly get back up and throw a right of his own. They go back and forth with long rights while they spin around until Moen loses his balance and falls to the ice. The linesmen allow Moen to return to his feet and the two exchange rights once again before Moen spins to the ice and McIver holds him there, allowing the linesmen to skate on in.

The two take the faceoff and start pushing and shoving while skating down ice. They separate for a moment before dropping the gloves. Tkachuk grabs ahold of Kesler and throws five rights; Kesler throws a right while trying to get set and regain position. Tkachuk switches hands and throws a left just as Kesler gets in a right. Tkachuk starts to pull Kesler's jersey over his head, but Kesler throws an overhand right that grazes Tkachuk's chin. Tkachuk then throws two rights while Kesler loses his balance and falls to the ice. The linesmen are quick to jump in and separate them.

Vandermeer sends Pyatt flying into the boards while Pyatt sends the puck behind the Chicago net. Pyatt gets back to his feet and goes after Vandermeer, giving him a few shots while play continues. The two finally decide to drop the gloves and grab ahold of each other between the faceoff circles. Pyatt starts the party with four rights and Vandermeer returns fire after that with a right cross. Vandermeer gets in two quick lefts and they then go back and forth with right hands. Vandermeer connects with a body shot and a right to Pyatt's helmet. Pyatt throws a right in between Vandermeer's shots and follows up with two more rights until he loses his balance for a moment. Vandermeer takes Pyatt's helmet off and switches hands, connecting with a left. They grapple and end up against the side boards where Vandermeer just misses with a big uppercut. They wrestle around until Pyatt gets free and lands a mix of seven long and short rights to the side of Vandermeer's head. Vandermeer adds a left during Pyatt's flurry and throws another uppercut and a right just before the linesmen decide that the two have had enough and step in. Other Penalties: Vandermeer received a holding the stick.

Rypien turns around and the two drop the gloves, quickly grabbing ahold of one another. They start going toe-to-toe with punches right off the bat: Laperriere going with rights and Rypien the left. Rypien switches hands and lands three rights until Laperriere is able to tie him up. Rypien throws a few body shots and throws another left before he takes Laperriere down to the ice. The linesmen come in and break things up. Rypien skates back to the dressing room with a big cut on the bridge of his nose.

Lombardi blows past the Bieksa and scores. Just after the goal is score Bieksa shoves Kristian Huselius and Andrew Ference charges in and tosses off the gloves. Ference immediately gets Bieksa up against the boards and lands a couple of rights. They wrestle a bit and then go back and forth with rights in the corner. Each gets off about half a dozen before they wrestle around and Ference goes down to a knee, allowing Bieksa to start chopping down rights on him. Ference yanks Bieksa to the ice while throwing a punch and the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Ference an instigator, instigating with a shield (minor) and misconduct; Bieksa a slashing.

Downey skates over to Alexandre Burrows and gives him a cross-check in an attempt to get him to drop the gloves. Cowan rushes over and gives Downey a shot in response. The two then quickly drop the gloves with Cowan lunging forward to grab Downey. Cowan gets in a short left to start things off and Downey returns fire with two rights. They then exchange lefts just before they lose their balance and fall to the ice. The linesmen come in and they get back to their feet. Downey then throws a couple of rights in between the linesmen to the back of Cowan, but he is quickly restrained and the fight is ended. Other Penalties: Cowan received an instigator and misconduct; Downey an unsportsmanlike conduct.

The two drop the gloves away from the play and tie up in between the hashmarks. They wrestle around in-tight and Stortini is able to get Cowan's helmet off. Stortini throws four rights to the side of Cowan's head. Cowan responds with a left and they go back and forth with punches to the side of each other's heads for a short moment. Stortini gets Cowan bent over and throws two rights. They fight to keep their balance and then finally open up, allowing Stortini to throw a right hook that misses wide. Stortini then wrestles Cowan down to the ice and the linesmen quickly intervene.

Stewart and Bieksa crash and bang behind the Vancouver net. Bieksa pushes Stewart down and Stewart helps Bieksa join him on the ice. They each get up quickly, and skate along with the play. Stewart catches up to Bieksa and the two wind up dropping the gloves. Bieksa starts things off landing a few rights. Bieksa takes Stewart's helmet off, throws another right and then misses a big left. They start to wrestle and get tangled as Stewart's jersey starts to come off. Bieksa gets in a couple of short rights and then misses when switching to the left. They wrestle some more and Stewart throws a right that comes up short before the linesmen intervene. Other Penalties: Stewart received a game misconduct.

They continue to struggle to get free until Green lands a right to the top of Veilleux's head. Green locks Veilleux out again and they grapple until the linesmen come in and end the fight. Gratton grabs Cowan and the two drop the gloves away from the group of players. Cowan falls to the ice with Gratton throwing a right while he is sitting down that hits Cowan's arm. The linesmen then skate on in and break things up. Other Penalties: Nick Boynton received a roughing.
