Comments: After some action near the net the whistle blows and a scrum forms. Bertuzzi pulls Henry out of the scrum and they drop em. Both are locked in with the left and throwing rights, although neither player can reach the other one well and the punches don't seem to land square or simply come up short. Henry tries to get loose from Bertuzzi's grip and winds up on his knees and the linesmen come in.

Comments: During a scrum, these two square off and Ferguson starts immediately with two nice jabs that snapped Goren's head back. The two wrestle a bit before Ferguson lands a few more good punches. Goren lands two shots late as Ferguson gets into an awkward position, leading to Goren getting a takedown to end the fight.

Comments: After Turco gets interfered with for the second time by Goren, Boucher just drops the gloves, throws away the helmet and starts throwing. Unfortunately Goren gets the best of him and hits him at least 4-5 times. Boucher throws a wild punch that hits nothing but air. Goren also gets Boucher's jersey up over his head, causing Boucher to swinging wildly. Other Penalties: Boucher received an instigator, unsportsmanlike conduct and misconduct.

Comments: Both guys wrestle to the ice with Brookbank landing a punch as they are down. They get back up and trade right hands. Boogaard lands a right and tries to get his arm out of his jersey. Brookbank comes back with a right when Boogaard gets him in a sort of spin cycle and lands about 6-7 unanswered punches. Brookbank throws a left, but Boogaard hits him on the temple, causing Brookbank to lose his balance and fall to the ice.

Comments: They drop the gloves at the blueline and square off. They tie up and Ruutu gets in two quick lefts. Ruutu switches hands and lands a right as Ritchie responds with a right of his own. Ruutu switches back and lands a left before ripping Ritchie's helmet off. They wrestle around a bit until Ruutu gets loose and is able to get Ritchie's jersey over his head as he lands 5-6 rights before the linesmen come in.

Comments: They start shoving and drop the gloves right after a goal. The camera is late coming in and shows both fighters up against the boards. They tie up and Brookbank throws a left as McCarty responds with a left of his own. McCarty then throws two uppercuts as Brookbank lands a weak right. Brookbank throws two weak rights as he struggles to get his elbow pad off. Brookbank pins McCarty up against the boards as McCarty throws two rights. They each struggle to get loose, allowing the linesman to come in and end the fight.

Comments: The Sharks go offsides. Thornton and Brookbank bump, drop the gloves and quickly grab on. They're in tight and Brookbank quickly removes Thornton's helmet. Brookbank starts off with some rights, tossing in an uppercut in between a couple of shots to Thornton's head. Thornton returns fire with a left that hits Brookbank's back. Brookbank then throws a right while trying to pull up the back of Thornton's jersey with his left. Thornton's trying to throw a right at the same time, but Brookbank's jersey move causes them both to fall and the linesmen quickly come in while they're on the ice.

Brookbank starts with a right which is quickly answered by a right from Parros. The two guys then get in close and do a bit of wrestling. Brookbank then throws a right to the side of the head. The two then exchange a few shots, Brookbank getting in two rights and Parros connecting with a right of his own. Parros tries another right, but comes up short. Parros loses his balance and falls to the ice and the linesmen quickly come in. Other Penalties: Brookbank received an instigator and misconduct.

Hollweg is able to rip Bertuzzi's helmet off before Bertuzzi gets free and throws a few rights as Hollweg turns around and falls to his knees while Bertuzzi is still ready to throw, forcing the linesmen to come in. Avery throws a right as Jovanovski comes back with a wide right and a short left. They wrestle around as Avery throws a short right and loses his balance for a moment. Avery throws a few rights while Jovanovski tries to get his right hand free. They then hold on until the linesmen come in.

Jovanovski throws three rights as Wiemer misses with a right. The two then hug until the linesmen come in.

Wideman gets off two hard rights and then takes off Burrows' helmet. Wideman then gets off another few rights to the back of Burrows' head and both fall to the ice. Both players are on their knees and Wideman has Burrows bent over and gets off a couple of more rights before the linesmen come in.

The two then go toe-to-toe with punches: Bieska with rights, Colley with lefts. Colley throws a left as he buries his head in Bieska's chest. Bieska throws a right and tries to get Colley's jersey over his head as Colley goes down to his knees. Bieska throws a couple of rights to the back of a kneeling Colley before the linesmen intervene.

McCarthy rights himself and is able to land a few rights while the two are grappling. Rycroft is in an awkward position and McCarthy helps him down to the ice, tossing a couple of more on the way while the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Rycroft received an interference.

Laperriere gets his right going and lands four overhand rights, knocking Kesler's helmet off. Laperriere lands four more hard rights as Kesler returns fire with two of his own. Laperriere connects with a long right before the two tie up and wrestle to get loose. Laperriere gets an arm free and lands two rights and two uppercuts, stunning Kesler before the two fall to the ice.

Hinote throws two rights before the two go back and forth with rights once again. Bieska misses over the top with a right as both players continue to exchange wild rights that come up short for the most part. Bieska then connects with three quick rights and Hinote throws a right in response. They exchange right hands before they tie up and Bieska rips Hinote's helmet off just before the linesmen come in.

Gauthier goes down to his knees during the flurry and stays there until Bouck pushes him over onto the ice. The linesmen separate the two and Gauthier rolls over, holding his shoulder in pain.

Comments: Right after the faceoff the two come together and begin to push and shove. Iginla challenges him and they drop the gloves. Kesler starts things off with seven straight rights with about three connecting as Iginla lands two rights of his own. They wrestle around as Iginla rips Kesler's helmet off. They grapple some more and Iginla finally gets loose and throws two rights, with one landing to the side of Kesler's face. They go back and forth with punches: Iginla with rights, Kesler with lefts. Iginla then throws a body shot before they wrestle around in close quarters. Iginla switches hands and throws five lefts with a few connecting as Kesler throws a left. Kesler then lands two rights as Iginla lands a left. Iginla lands a big right and the two begin to exchange right hands once again. They go back and forth with some more punches, both fighters obviously fatigued as Iginla shakes his elbow pad off. They each land two rights before Iginla misses with two wide lefts and the linesmen come in and finally stop the fight.

Simon then lands another left that knocks off Brookbank's helmet. Brookbank is able to duck under another left hand from Simon as Simon throws a left and two uppercuts that connect to the body. Brookbank is able to tie Simon up for a short moment, but is unable to get an arm free as Simon gets loose and throws four more lefts before switching hands and landing two right jabs. The two tie up and talk a little before the linesmen come in and end the fight.

The players continue to push and shove as Jarko Ruutu drops his gloves, rips Andy Hilbert's helmet off, and start throwing lefts at him through the linesmen. Away from the pile of players, Keith and Burrows shove each other as Keith quickly drops his gloves and throws two rights before Burrows even has his gloves off. The two fall to the ice and quickly return to their feet as Burrows throws four rights while Keith tries to get an arm free. Keith then wrestles Burrows to the ice and waits for the linesmen to come in. Other Penalties: Jarkko Ruutu received a double roughing and misconduct; Andy Hilbert a roughing.

Cooke pushes Daley against the glass as Daley gets his right arm free and lands four short rights to the back of Cooke's head before the linesmen come in.

Allen rips Morrow's helmet off and the two wrestle around as Morrow throws two rights to the back of Allen's helmet before the linesmen step in. Other Penalties: Morrow received a slashing.

Daley misses with a left and Ruutu connects with a right before the two go back and forth with locked-out rights. The two yap for a little and then the linsemen come in and end the scrap.
