Out of nowhere these two drop the gloves and immediately start chucking punches. Peluso is throwing great lefts while Odgers is doing the same with his right. Peluso lands a few shots square to Odgers face, but he gathers himself and returns with the left. Peluso is then forced to bury himself to the ice under a barrage of Odger's sledgehammer rights.

They bump along the boards and agree to fight. As they square off the linesmen gets in between them, but then rethinks this and lets them fight. They come together in a bearhug, each throwing some weak rights at the back of one another's head. Finally they get free when Simpson throws a great combination of a right uppercut and a right cross, knocking Antoski's helmet off. He follows this up with several more hard rights that are landing solidly. Antoski is unable to mount any defense or counter to this, so the linesmen come into to stop the fight.

These two come together and grab on at center ice. They grapple for a little, and then get free. McKay starts throwing rights and Dimaio is answering with left hooks. McKay then gets in a nice combination of a straight right and a right from underneath that drops Dimaio, ending the fight.

They talk and drop them immediately off the faceoff, starting with a good square off. They both dive in and throw a haymaker. Antoski gets positional advantage and starts throwing jackhammer rights as Simpson tries to turn away from the brunt of the barrage. Simpson rights himself and they begin going toe-to-toe, both with their rights. Antoski seems to be landing cleaner, though Simpson connects with a solid one towards the end. Then the two grab on for a moment. They separate and exchange hard right crosses. Antoski lands another right over the top on Simpson's head, now without the protection of a helmet. Then they try a few uppercuts as they come in close but get tied up allowing the linesmen to end the fight.

In the Devils' zone Russell and Simpson drop the gloves, quickly latching on and firing rights at one another. They throw three each, when Russell decides to switch to the left. Unfortunately for him, this allows Simpson an unhindered right which buckles Russell's knees. He falls over backwards from the shot, ending the quick fight.

They drop their gloves at center ice and have a brief square off. They come together and get into a spin cycle, each with their right hand free. Probert is able to land a nice right, but falls down in the process, allowing Simpson to land a couple of shots as he regains his composure. They tie up, trying to find new grips because Probert's jersey is coming off. They both get free and fire a right. Probert now has the advantage, slipping in a nice right, and a sneaky uppercut. Probert continues slugging away at Simpson from every angle as Simpson tries to mount a comeback. However, Probert lands another hard right that sends Simpson crumpling to the ice to end a great bout.

These two have a great, long square off deep in the Devil's zone. They both start throwing numerous rights, with most of them not landing cleanly. The jersey comes up over McRae's head giving Simpson a slight advantage. They grab on, and eventually Simpson manages to get free to throw three decent lefts. McRae answers with some overhand rights that pop Simpson's helmet off. Again they grapple with Simpson tossing a body shot or two before being separated.
