Nylund and Probert get into a fight along the boards, Nylund gets the early rounds by managing to double up Probert while wailing away on the back of his (still helmetted) head. Probert however manages to unleash a very powerful right to Nylund from this position, powerful enough that Nylund has to hang onto the top of the boards a second to regain his balance. Probert, clearly pissed by this point, grabs a handful of Nylund's hair with his left hand, and gets a couple of short rights in while holding Nylund's head steady by the hair. Nylund responds by removing Probert's helmet with his right hand and hitting him on the back of his head while holding it by the straps, and follows it up with another right, this time a punch. Probert decides to go for the hair again, and Nylund responds in kind, grabbing a handful at the back of Probert's head, near the neck. The linesmen are moving in by this point. Probert seems to be protesting to the linesmen about Nylund's hair pulling, and then grabs another handful of Nylund's hair. The linesmen eventually manage to split it up. A good, old-fashioned, ill-tempered battle. I presume both got game misconducts?
