Brett McLean vs Sidney Crosby

I like Crosby, but the least he could have done is give McLean 2 seconds to get his mitts off. Can't give him the V for this one. Wonder if that cut on is nose came from the windshield. Kind of guessing so. Probably would have been a great fight if they were both ready and had a square-go.

Crosby's Penguins got run off the ice today by the Panthers. He was trying to rally the troops but jumping McLean like that was totally bush league, something you'd expect from the Slap Shot circuit.

At this rate it won't be long until there is a coaching change in Pittsburgh. Therrien is not getting much out of this group.

Uh Crosby haters remember, Sidney Crosby is what you call a talented player, not a talented fighter. He's 21, still the youngest scoring champion in major sports history, he got frusterated and he took it out on someone. I'm sure it was provoked somehow (I didn't see if that was the case) What did you really expect? Honestly he shouldn't be fighting at all but dingbat Therrien scratches Godard and Shero sent Biznasty down so there is no protection for him. It looked like Sid did jump the guy but he still gets the win.

As a Penguins fan and a fight fan this one was tough to watch. Glad Crosby is willing to drop his gloves but not in that scenario. I guess he is getting as frustrated playing as fans are watching him.
