Ryan Malone with his first KO of the season. I was at this game and this fight was the only shining moment in this game for the Lightning.

Malone got Clowe off-balance right away and then knocked him down with a good left. Impressive win. You can bet that Clowe is going to want to go again next time they play.

I'm a Clowe fan, but this was a non-bout. Slipped off the start and got smoked when he got backed up. Malone made him look like he had never fought before and simply dominated him. Would have to call this a KO as Malone stopped the fight, not the linesmen, and Clowe was clearly dazed when he got up. Had the cobwebs gone by the time he made the box though. Clowe got the last laugh later in the game with a goal.
