This was over as soon as Brookbank ducked and skated toward Laraque. What the hell was that?!? All Laraque from start to finish...

SLIGHT WIN to Laraque but there wasn't much of a fight.
BB took Laraque down as he gets up.

George wins. Crap fight. You expect better out of two guys like these.

Rock always wins first 80% of fight lets lets up to make it look like opponent had chance. Eager seems to be only one he is willing to put in a hospital. Rock is so strong he hurts people (Brind D amour) with a little bump.
Rock is old school and has more class than the new era punks, cheap shot artists and energy guys.

Georges wins agin whoo hooo. Still such a boring fighter even when he is landing his rapid fire weak punches.

I sit on the fence in regards to Big Georges, not for him or against but Brookbank who tries to pass himself off as a true heavy wanted nothing to do with Laraque. Cant blame BGL for this lame fight.

B.G.L does it again !....WHY THE HECK DID WE TRADE HIM FOR ?

Sucks to admit but BGL is not the dominating force he used to be for a long time. This year his fights are more disappointing then exciting. Or may be because he set the mark so high. Either way, he wins this one but only by being more active and without really connecting. I guess a lot of fighters get intimidated by his legacy and just try to hold on for their dear life...Win for the haitian boy...

Come on Brookbank I know Georges is intimidating but if your going to fight him atleast try to throw a punch. Win for Laraque.
I agree with BattleAxe, the Laraque hating is pathetic. I didn't see Laraque wrestle Brookbank at all. Maybe its a color thing, or maybe its just jealousy. I don't know what their reasons are but its very annoying.

Why do Laraque fights always hit the deck early? Laraque gets the win in a very weak fight.

i cant ****in stand laraque.... tough guy but so god damn boring to watch.... i like seeing guys fight when they are pissed off not cuase they are garbage hockey players and thats all they can doo

BGL won this fight. Brookbank needs to find a better opponent. BGL is lucky he didn't kill him.
Posted by narinsvy on Feb 15, 2008 at 9:57 PM agree disagree
no contest, but not much of a fight and bgl seems to make a short fight from almost every fighter, gess that's why he's the champ

i counted laraque as landing 8 punches and brookebank landing none. to call it a draw or to say that brookbank won is just stupid. you are either retarded or a laraque hater. one in the same, i guess.
