Holweg ended up strongly as he too controlled the fight mostly.
Hollweg landed a punch early on but Carter comesback immediately with better one.
Carter missed his next one as Holweg changed to the left, missing both but landed a right before of those punches.
Hollweg with a narrow win.

Wow, Hollweg with a knee on knee, what a shock. He clearly won the fight, and I swear in the middle Carter reached up to try to keep the helmet/visor on his head. Once it was off, Hollweg did very well. I don't like the fact that this guy is going to injure somebody soon. How about throwing the body clean? He' s capable of playing it clean and still making an impact on the game. The other night in Montreal he got elbowed in the kisser, which was wrong. But he better clean it up or there will be tons of cheap shots coming his way.

Draw...I'd never vote for a punk like Hollweg as a winner of any fight, just out of principle!! This guy is right there with Avery as one of the cheapest SOB's in the NHL, and if you don't believe it you Ranger homers, look at what the ass-wipe did against the Habs last Sunday after he took that hit from Kovalev. He stopped playing hockey, not that he's very good at it anyway, and ran around the ice looking for someone to cheapshot/hit from behind...what a team player, NOT!! He should have gotten at least a five game suspension for that ridiculous retaliation, not to mention benched indefinitely by the team for being such a selfish, non-team player. Throwing this punk out of the game with a game misconduct will do nothing to change his dirty style of play. The NHL won't do anything until this jerk paralyzes some guy with one of his classic hits from behind...what a ****-stain!!!!

Stop the presses! Hollweg won a fight. He's a hard checker but not a good fighter. these wins are rare.

Wow... Seemed like Hollweg knew what he was doing! Trying to get that helmet off, and when he did... he won! First the Giants win the Superbowl, now Hollweg wins a fight!!! What next, Stanley Cup for the Rangers... Ha Ha Ha!

and sutherby won his fight. we were 1-3 on the night. but carter isn't a fighter, so he kinda slips through some cracks.

So it's not dirty when Hollweg constantly hits guys from behind it's just poor judgement. Hope you remember that when someone hits Staal from behind.

if your gonna fight & you wear a shield take off your ****ing helmet!

judging by the way a few people are on here calling carter a ***** for fighting with a visor it shows that they don't know a damn thing when it comes to hockey. there is a difference when it comes to standing up for yourself after a dirty hit and trying to be a fighter while wearing a visor. i guess the ahl fighters bit*hes because all players wear a visor. he should have taken the lid off but he has 2 nhl fights total. he is a skill player who tried to stand up for himself.
i expect to hear the kind of comment from lakingsfan19 because he likes the team in cali that absolutely blows. manystyles just likes talking out his a$$. and imissbarnaby36 i want the braincells i lost from hearing that garbage spew from your mouth. learn about hockey fighting before you open your mouths.

Recent ranger run of cheapshots has put early FLYER cheapness on backburner...Thank you Rags...Congrads to Malik for kicking his own cheapshot #1's AVERY's ass in practice...

The only time this one was close was when Hollweg was trying to get Carter's visor off.

Although I won't insult Carter for visor fighting in this instance as he lost his cool over the knee hit.
