Comments: Neil bumps Michael Ryder after the whistle blows to stop play, causing Komisarek to go after Neil. A scrum ensues along the side boards and out of it come Neil and Komisarek with their gloves dropped. The two wrestle around, each trying to get free until they lose their balance and fall to the ice. Neil gets in a right while the two are falling and the linesmen quickly jump on top to prevent anything else from happening. Other Penalties: Francis Bouillon received a hooking.

This develops out of a scrum along the end boards in the Montreal zone. Out of it, Komisarek and Neil and locked up and in tight. Each is trying to get the jersey over the others head. The wrestle for a bit longer, Komisarek throws a weak punch. Komisarek loses his balance. On the way down Neil lands two punches, then the linesmen pry them apart.

They should have not even given them a penalty then let them line up and square off, so they could have a real fight.

Neil is nothing but a cheapshot artist, always hitting late and from behind. His favourite tactic, pushing defensemen into goalies after the whistle. You don't have to believe me ... just watch him. I can't believe that he gets away with the stuff that he does.
