This was not the best showing for Russell. Russell was a very hit or miss kind of fighter. He either had great scraps where he beat people or he got his clock cleaned. He had some good fights against some of the best guys in the NHL at the time. He took some shots in this one and seemed to skate away un-phased. Odjick was a real nut job-exactly the kind of nut job that you want in an NHL heavy weight! Too bad he took that puck in the head.

Gino was a tough here as he puts Russell for the lunch on his several solid shots.
All Gino's show as he tied up succesfully Russell and gives his nice/solid rights(straight ones+uppercuts and hooks).
A CLEAR win for GinoUgh-
Good fight.

One sided bout where Gino takes full control from the start. Russell hangs on and tries to lock Gino up but is unable to respond to the flurry of shots landed early. Clear win for Odjick.
