God, what a terrible fight, my Canucks embarrass me year after year, always the biggest wimps in the league. I just wish that we would go out and get a fighter one year. We keep getting knocked out with the talent everyone says we have, time to mix a little grit and muscle in there. Boy you guts all hate us. I guess with Burrows and Lapierre on the same team, it is not an easy team to like.

Two of the most boring, undercard fighters in the NHL. Weise obviously saw the Scott-Orr fight with his rib tickling routine. Too bad the NHL doesn't have a two minute penalty for wasting our time.

McLeod is one of the lamest fighters in the league. Can't even earn a victory over the awful Dale Weise.

But no call as Fracesco Aquilini strokes Bettman on a regular basis, far superceding any Campbell favoritism towards a real team like the B's.... Do your homework CustomBrokeBack, and invite Weise up to your tent on the mountain for some tissues and a little cuddling, as he may have just a little boo-boo from mixing it up.

I was really hoping McLeod would pound Weise but no such luck, just a crap draw. Memo to Weise: punches to the thigh don't hurt , maybe stop trying to make that your go to move.

Side note: was that REALLY a clean check by Ballard? That seems a lot like the hit by Hamhuis it the cup final on Lucic that was way low, both those hits coming from the team that did so much crying after Marchands bad low bridge on Salo. Just saying....

Despite McLeod landing a few while Weiss was still skating along, I'm going to reluctantly give the victory to Weiss here. His body attack wasn't particularly effective, but at least he was doing something. By the way, is there a system in place to vote people off this site?

Cheap shot by Weise going low, into the knees started it. Mcleod appear to get some early shots in but then Weise landed 1 big(ger) shot before it ended with some hugging.
