The combination of...
a surprisingly strong effort from Neil...
and, a sub-par outing by Engelland,
results in an unexpected, but ultimately...
''high-light-less' draw.

Engelland landed more smacks than Neil, who seemed as befuddled as a teenager trying to remove his date's bra as he was trying to get Engelland's lid off.

Right off the bat, you can see Neil didn't have a hold of Engelland's throwing arm.
You knew it was just a matter of time before Engelland would get a few in...and he did.
Props to Neil for hanging in there, he changed his strategy by keeping Deryk in close.
Don't know if Deryk was at the end of his shift but his tank was empty,
Edge to Engelland with the early blows.

Good scrap. Engelland is demonstrating that he can fight in tight as well as the haymaker route...

Engelland fights a verrrry smart fight against a savvy, seasoned scoundrel. Giving him the win and a 7. I miss the Neilnator.

The 4 unanswered shots by Engelland get him the win-again.
Neil's bearhug takedown a bit odd.

I don't folks, looks like that last shot by Nieal put him down>

Small edge to Engelland, but is was close...Neil's slap to the face at around 50 seconds evened things up... :-)

love these two guys, edge DE

Engelland with the win. Neil' s objective was to survive, not to suffer an a$$ whooping or embarassment. Wrestling DE down does not constitute a win Ottawa fans. Its what happens before. This is fighting, not wrestling.

more wrasslin' here than fightin' but I hafta call this a draw. Engelland looked like he was gonna get to work but didn't really land anything. Both guys tied up the other. Kinda disappointed considering the combatants.

Very smart fight by Neil keeping Engelland in close. Too close for me to call, draw.
