Other penalties: Brickley received a minor for checking to the head; Brodziak received an instigator and misconduct.
brodziak cleary at the end .brodziak with a close win
KEEP YOUR HEAD UP! The ostrich approach of putting your head in the sand is stupid and requires someone else to get involved for your stupidity. Once again, a hit on someone else leads to a fight. At least the rescuer didn't get pummeled like has become the norm. All this should have been was a good hit for retribution instead of a fight. Don't make your teammates come to your rescue.
I agree with the idea that Benning needs to get his head up. If not for him staring at the ice while going behind the net, there is no fight here. Or should not be a fight here. Again, the fact that the players seem to be trying to make it impossible to check someone without some Jackwagon coming over wanting to "DEFEND" his teammate. It used to be that you give me guy a good clean check, I look to do the same to you. When did hockey players decide that they don't want to check or be checked?
The hit was the highlight of this fight, but give it to Brickley.
Fridge rules is spot on here. Keep your head up Benning, the game moves along really fast. Draw.
Bullchit call on the check. If these two ass clowns could skate it might have been a good fight.
Edge to brickley for more shots landed
Good hit. Someone tell Benning to keep his damn head up.
Upon slo-mo I think all punches were a swing and a miss, but because they were throwing with some mean intentions, gave it a 4. Draw.
Brody lands 3 solid shots, brick the dick lands one that barely glances. Onvious choice boys.
Clean hit and draw
A few punches each, helmets protected a lot, even scrap. Definition of a draw
Brodz gets the win...
I truly hope that one of these linesmen gets tagged and k.o.ed soon. It's worse than ever this year seeing them within a foot or two from the fighters circling them and waiting for an opening to "pounce" in and break up the fight. If the NHL wants to ban fighting then ban fighting and see how the game disintegrates into a spectacle of cheap shots and injuries to star players. Either let the players fight or ban fighting because watching the clowns/ linesmen acting like peace keepers on the ice is frankly embarrassing. Brickley and Brodziak were back up and both ready to keep going.
Wth, Brickley was flailing about and not connecting. Brodziak seemed to land a couple good shots, definitely knocked Brickely off balance and down. Not the best fight, but kudos for a guy sticking up for his teammate even though it didnt look like an illegal hit.
