Both threw a couple good punches in the beginning, but towards the end Murray just pulled away and just kept on going. Win goes to Murray. P.S. Both get thumbs up for the hair.

Posted by RykerHC on November 01, 2010 at 08:46 PM

Draw, Murray only landed body shots and they account for nothing.

Posted by aj99ny on October 31, 2010 at 10:45 AM

Both landed a few good ones edge to Murray even though you will notice that he grabs Voros's hair pretty good at around 32 second mark and you see Voros say something to the refs.

best fight of the game...draw.voros landed best punch though.and i didnt like murray pulling voros's hair

I am a Ducks fan and besides the ass whooping on the scoreboard, and in the tilts....I am Glad to see Voros step up and defend Chipchura...yea he bit off more then he can chew..but still im glad

Feeling cocky after his first career win, Voros tries Douglas, ''don't call me Doug'' Murray... who uses his brute strength to tune Voros like a 69 Strat.

Posted by staceyb on October 31, 2010 at 07:28 AM

Lots of hair flying around in that one. Murray has opted for the Mike Ricci style.

Posted by bruiseyoureye on October 31, 2010 at 01:36 PM

wow wow wow.......murray completely destroyed voros.......that being said................he refused to go down from any of those punches......he sure don't have a glass chin thats for sure.....voros has got some heart ill tell ya that.

a show of class losing the lids !!! my opinion....great scrap !!!!

Posted by ksupran on October 31, 2010 at 10:14 PM

that sucked and was boring

Posted by billrx561 on November 09, 2010 at 09:23 PM

More wrestling than actual punching...

Posted by EDDUBBS on October 31, 2010 at 05:11 AM

Voros is such a loser.

Posted by Riomouse911 on October 31, 2010 at 06:19 PM

THESE TWO ARE SUCH IDIOTS!!!!! SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP! Decent fight, despite missing the first two punches, DM with a win.

Posted by bostonrs555 on November 03, 2010 at 12:53 PM

Good thing their hair didn't tangled up, someone could have broken their neck!!!! Voros must have been tired of just getting beat up on the east coast!!!!! Win to Murray

Posted by flyerguy on November 02, 2010 at 09:07 AM

Murray wins only because of attempting more. Hardly any punches landed.

Posted by Crowdpleezr on October 31, 2010 at 10:14 PM

Murray - didn't get a good look at the first Murray apparently landed, but no real clean shots during the remainder.

Posted by slavv on October 31, 2010 at 01:16 PM

Voros has always thought he is better than he has shown. No surprise this was alll Muarray...

Posted by bradyj4 on November 01, 2010 at 04:45 PM

draw... Voros had some good shots in early and Murry got some peppering uppercuts in late. Fun to watch and I respect the bucket drop!

Posted by chiclets on October 31, 2010 at 03:46 PM

Like the homers, Voros thought he won his earlier fight with Mayers and called out the wrong guy to mess with (did you see him pointing at him from the ice earlier? laughable). Most of the fights ended too quickly in this game because the Sharks couldn't pick the Ducks off the ice to finish the job.

Posted by striker2160 on October 31, 2010 at 09:27 AM

I watched voros in minnesota for a few years he has no upper body his shoulders are about a foot and half wide easy win for the undertaker

Posted by eadamson on October 31, 2010 at 07:44 PM

No real haymakers but the uppercut sequence, combined with obvious control of the fight, means murray comes out a clear, clear winner here. I was at the game... Voros spent his time in the box with his head down, breathing hard. Murray looked pretty relaxed.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on October 31, 2010 at 09:19 PM

good fight by Murray. "Boom.Boom. Body Shots."

Posted by bruins rule on October 31, 2010 at 09:15 AM

murray gets the win in this fight.

Posted by 5150 on October 31, 2010 at 11:29 AM

More of a man-handling than a beat down. Murray should have given Voros a noogie while he was down.

Posted by Grimm on October 31, 2010 at 10:29 AM

Wow. Not really known for his fighting but Jesus H The strength behind Murray.

Posted by Milocco on October 31, 2010 at 01:36 AM

Voros bit off more than he could chew. Murray was just too strong for him. Easy win Murray.

Posted by kronvallizer78 on October 31, 2010 at 06:45 AM

Edge Murray for the late surge when he connected with those righthand body shots to Voros. Wasn`t as clear as it first seemed though

Posted by Nyifighters on November 04, 2010 at 02:53 PM

Theres the voros we all no and love

Posted by Demonous_Xodus on November 03, 2010 at 12:02 PM

Murray's a big tough guy, I think Voros underestimated him.

Posted by triple deke on November 02, 2010 at 12:26 PM

Voros getting ragdolled by Murray.

Posted by fernben8 on November 01, 2010 at 08:22 AM

Great energy in this fight... Superior strenght by Murray, Just couldn't understand what Voros was trying with his duck move that vulnerably exposed his abs for open season. As the saying in the television series Ally Mc Beal - these two " gave good hair ! "

Posted by Punchdaddy on October 31, 2010 at 11:59 AM

Win Murray, not dominating but convincing.

Posted by orr4president on November 02, 2010 at 09:06 AM

Murray is the sharks best fighter and easily handles voros

Posted by salspikes on November 01, 2010 at 11:09 AM

Voros was taken to the wood shed

Posted by j sto on November 02, 2010 at 07:00 PM

Murray with the W in this one.

Posted by Dreyfous23 on October 31, 2010 at 02:51 AM

Win goes to Murray hands down.

Posted by The_Rickster on October 31, 2010 at 11:33 AM

Murray got the best of Voros. Nice work!

Posted by snooly on October 31, 2010 at 12:11 PM

Voros looked finished while Murray was just getting revved up. This was by far the most entertaining fight of the night.

The Ducks decided they didn't want Murray knocking people into last year any more. They thought it might be a good idea to try and teach Murray a lesson. They obviously didn't realize they were messing with The Crankshaft. Murray hands down, Voros is lucky he got out of it without sustaining any major injuries.

Posted by Klutzleo on October 31, 2010 at 12:22 PM

Murray showed that turd whos boss, wish more was landed but some choice ones as the opening haymaker made me smile inside. You know the fights going to be good when the helmets come off before the fight even starts

Posted by Bbot21 on March 03, 2011 at 02:32 PM

hahaha voros tried to tap out at the end!... i don't blame him. hey voros- just because you smiled after being pounded doesn't mean it didn't hurt :]

Posted by gap001 on October 31, 2010 at 04:40 AM

Voros came into the fight like Chinese kungfu master, came out like whipped dog. Murray owned him.

Posted by ghjkfdhgfd on November 03, 2010 at 05:40 PM

Murray ftw!

Posted by ThrowdownSJ408 on October 31, 2010 at 03:57 PM

Win Big MUrray. Props to Vorros for taking off Lid and waiting, same with MUrray.

Posted by dropkick25 on October 31, 2010 at 10:37 PM

wow what a tussle...looks like both will be heading to their respective salons for repairs....

Posted by barnibizer on October 31, 2010 at 07:19 AM

Punching in the willy doesnt count right??

Posted by blackngold on November 05, 2010 at 12:15 PM

Draw. Murray landed some body shots but Voros landed the best punch of the fight early on.

Posted by gmr133 on November 03, 2010 at 11:47 AM

What a terrible fight. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. All that drama/nonsense of skating to center ice and taking off the buckets, etc. and then they give us a "fight" like this?? Crap fight. Murray with the edge. Voros was never good at this with the Rangers, and shouldn't be wasting our time trying to fight now.

Posted by wildguy12 on October 31, 2010 at 11:18 AM

these are the biggest homer anouncers in the league. that said, i love watching the ducks take a beating...

Posted by piney on November 03, 2010 at 02:31 PM

murray, not close, 4

Posted by chad420 on November 02, 2010 at 07:23 PM

win DontcallmeDougie

Posted by Nesquik on October 31, 2010 at 03:00 PM

Typical Ducks. Losing the game by three on both the scoreboard and in the alleyway. These too guys aren't afraid to get........ greasy.... YEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

Posted by perezj on October 31, 2010 at 10:24 AM

Always great to see Voros get his ass kicked. Save me lines man- save me!!! Poor guys bit off more than he could chew.

Posted by TBLightningGuru on November 13, 2010 at 01:44 PM

battle of the best hair

Posted by ccmathelete on October 31, 2010 at 06:52 PM

Voros couldn't land a punch. Win for Murray.

Posted by luckysod04 on October 31, 2010 at 12:26 PM

Murray remind me of the Joker, the more you punch him in the face, the bigger his smile gets. Great uppercut work

Posted by Clowes ABeast29 on October 31, 2010 at 05:00 PM

Douglass Murray... nuff said.

Posted by BritishRedWing on October 31, 2010 at 03:05 AM

Win Murray. Voros thought he would stick up for Chipchurra, who Murray had rocked a few minutes previous. Big mistake. Another Duck loss!

Posted by PensRule on November 03, 2010 at 10:45 PM

voros thought he could take anyone after winning his first one and then got his backside handed to him. surprised he could still think straight.

Posted by sedinfan on October 31, 2010 at 09:35 AM

murray wins, but not by as much as the homers like to let on.
