The two start yapping in a corner after a play in front of the Flames' net. The puck moves out of the zone, they keep talking and drop the gloves at center ice. They grab ahold of each other and both throw a few rights and get into a bit of an awkward position as Parros throws a left. Regehr throws a couple of rights to the back of Parros' head and Parros counters with a few right uppercuts. They exchange a couple of more rights in-tight as they spin around. Parros mixes up his shots, low and high. They separate some and after a left from Regehr they trade rights back and forth with Regehr ducking and moving in for his own punches. Parros eventually throws one over Regehr's head and falls to the ice pushing Regehr down underneath him. The linesmen then move in to break up.
I saw an interview with Regehr after this game and they asked him what he said to get Parros so mad, Regehr said that he had said "heh nice hair Yanni" thats funny right there
Enjoyed that one! Some heavy punches thrown there
Wow, great fight there. Parros, I couldn't beleive that he was still in that fight after that vicious uppercut from Regehr. But even before that, and after, they were still going at it very hard. Great fight!
A very good fight with strategy and some good action. Regehr did very well but don't take a win in my book. He didn't land perfectly his late right uppercut. In fact he ate one nasty uppercut by Parros. They both did lands some punches, mostly Regehr but it's a DRAW.
one of parros's better fights i think
what can i say anyone who fights Parros better be ready to slug it out if the stand with him he swings for the fence every time
Very entertaining draw between these two, Regehr never seems to shy away from a fight regardless of who challenges him.
